My first hoarder came and the trees were damaged in shipping. I contacted customer service and they replace the trees asap with two beautiful specimens. Clearly, it is difficult for any company to ship live trees. They know it, and they made good on it. I will definitely order again.

The blueberry plants all looked good. The hydrangea arrived with yellow leaves and appear scraggly. Hopefully they will perk up and fill in. We planted them the day after they arrived.
I purchased twelve italian cypress trees, I ordered 6 trees at 3-4 feet and 6 trees@ 1-2 feet. The 1-2 foot trees were 10-13 inches and that was a little disappointing. The other six were at least three feet but fairly skinny.
My raspberry bush showed up almost completely destroyed. It was upside down, all leaves were off the plant, the pot was empty of all soil and there were two tiny half dead twigs left sticking up. Soil and leaves were in the shipping box.
Trees are placed in a long and short box, which is perfect. They don't get damaged during the transit. For the first time, I purchased four 1-gallon plants. Strangely, these were placed lying on their side, next to one tree. Even though it was written on the box that it must be kept flat, I guess at some point it was held in a way that the 4 plants landed on each other. Almost all their leaves were broken when I received them. These plants should have been placed in a small box, upside up, next to each other, to prevent them from moving and getting damaged. I hope the other customers are not running into an issue, but I will not buy small plants from FastGrowingTrees in the future.
This is my second weeping redbud to purchase online. Last year, I purchased from another company, and the tree never developed. I tried this year with Fast Growing Trees and I was so impressed. I love that the tree came in a burlap bag with fertilizer and all of the correct necessities it needed to grow. We have clay soil, so I feel having this addition is what helped it grow and succeed. I came home a week after planting it, and I was surprised to see it budding! I would highly recommend Fast Growing Trees.
Our little weeping cherry was planted a few weeks ago and put out new growth in sync with surrounding flora this April. Much new growth as temperatures warm. Delighted with our selection, off to a good start.
The tree was purchased as a birthday gift and the first one shipped was lost in delivery and missed the birthday. Our 2nd tree arrived with obvious frost/freezing damage. It was probably to early (1st week of March) to ship to N. Michigan. As recommended, we waited to see if the tree would recover, keeping it watered and in plenty of sun. All of the leaves dried and fell off but the tree has sprouted some growth from its lower trunk and we will continue to monitor its growth.
When I first put in my Autumn Bonfire it was lookin good now a couple weeks later it looks like it is starting to dye I will give it another week or tow before I call but right now it dosent look good
My dwarf blue spruce is very irregularly shaped and although there is new growth, I don't think it'll ever be the tree. It was meant to be. My Deep Purple lilac bush most a lot of it on the inside was dead a lot of branches broken. I took all those out and what I'm left with is a few limbs with dried out leaves, so I don't think that's gonna survive so I'm waiting a week and then I'm gonna ask for my money back.
Ordered the bush, it did not say that it was a preorder and would be shipped at a later date, contacted CS to receive this information. Date came around and it was never shipped. Contacted a couple of weeks later asking about status (through paypal) didnt receive an answer. Finally contacted again and told it was on hold, did i want it shipped out. As it was almost 2 months after I ordered it, I just asked for a refund.
The trees call in burlap balls but when I open them after I put them in the hole the soil was dry, all the small roots were cut off, only large cut off roots with no small feeder roots. The roots were dry without any soil attached to them. I planted them anyway keep them watered, but knew they would not grow. I would never recommend buying from your company. Never had plants or trees sent to me in that condition. Seemed like your company does not know how to keep a root ball and sending trees without a root system. Very disappointed.
The tree arrived well packaged with a very strong root ball. It has leafed out and is growing well. Very pleased.

And Raintree, As of this writing, all my plants are either in the ground or repotted. Everything is doing great. I had a problem with my first Avocado. I wrote to the company asking what I was doing wrong. They made several suggestions which I tried but did not work. They sent me a new plant which is doing just fine! All plants are well packed and arrive quickly. I will definitely order more.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
