I bought the smallest option for my trees. I wouldn't do that next time because they are so small and it takes awhile before we see results. However, after 2 months they are showing new growth.

I ordered 4 plants and only received two. Then, I had a horrible experience with customer service.

I have ordered multiple trees. Some didn't make it and customer service was great. They sent me replacement trees which are so far thriving. Very satisfied.
They trees I did receive were very healthy.

I have found their customer service to be top rate. I ordered a cold hardy avacado tree and when I got it the leaves were all turning brown I sent a picture to customer service and they immediately sent me out a new tree.

Trees were a bit larger than expected and came well-packaged. Overall excellent experience from online purchase to planting. Fingers crossed for this first year.

I have been purchasing trees and plants for several years and have consistently been pleased with the experience. Recently, they added a new sign-in policy. It took me over 20 minutes to retrieve the correct code to access the site and my account. I found it to be a total waste of time, complete aggregation for returning customers. I have written about it and received a note stating that my concern would be sent to the respective team. In other words, nothing was going to be done. As a result, I am now looking at other nurseries that are more customer-friendly.

Pine tree are brown not healthy now. I water and used miracle grow to keep them living. So brown I think there wated will die. I could buy better at home depot and stand be hind them warranty yrs hydrangeas all die can't take md heat last summer. I wouldn't buy from there again you didn't stand by product sold.

I requested a refund after a tree I received had died and had no roots on arrival, I provided pictures as asked and then asked for more photos which I also provided, then heard nothing back. Still never recieved a refund or replacement tree. I will never shop this site again. Buyers beware!

Everything I have ordered from Fast Growing Trees has arrived on time and in great condition, just a few weeks after I planted them they were in bloom and grew in either the yard or patio in a pot, simply following the instructions and let the warm weather take it from there.

We were very skeptical about ordering a tree on line, but everything was perfect. Our tree is thriving and we are very happy with it.

The trees arrived quickly and well packed. I love the variety and larger sizes that are available.
