Buying was easy. They communicated well during shipping. But tree isnt showing signs of growth after 6 weeks in ground. I'm told to be patient.

In short, I love FastGrowingTrees. They have some of the healthiest stock and best customer service. This winter I lost a Rainer Cherry tree and and an All in One Almond. The rest of my new orchard was fine so I'm not sure what happend to those two. FastGrowingTrees replaced BOTH as they were within the warranty period. My favorite online nursery by far. I've purchased almost 2 dozen trees from them, including a pomelo, a pomegranate, peaches, plums, a persimmon, a pear, a lemon, a lime, oranges, an apple, a guava, a banana, tea trees, various ornamentals, etc and I'd do it over in a heartbeat. All have been fantastic experiences!
We received the plants and they were picked extremely well. They looked very healthy so it has taken time to prepare the beds for planting and we have now planted them. However, only time will tell to see how they grow.

When ordering, everything went smooth. However, when I receive the trees, they looked a little scrawny. However, they are planning and we will see if they fill out as the green giants should. I had one with a broken limb on it replaced it promptly, Not sure how quickly they won't fill out.

I reported an issue with our new trees struggling and uploaded pictures. It took over five days to get a response, which was to ask me to send a picture. Um, I did? In the meantime, I received multiple sales and promotion emails from FastGrowingTrees, which indicates there is a clear disconnect between the marketing side and customer service side of their business. The trees are still alive and still struggling. Unfortunately, I found my own support online, but they were not much help.
I ordered 5 trees and one of them was a little bit damaged when I opened the box. I called fast growing trees and was able to get right through to rep and was given great advice on what to expect. All 5 of my trees are growing well.
Have bought quite a lot of trees and flowers from FGT. Love how they grow and are packed well. But customer service, not so much. I'm trying to get ahold of them, which is very frustrating. Finally got a email address but three days later, no response.

I ordered an avocado tree from Fast Growing Trees at the end of March, and the expected delivery date came and went with no tree. I reached out to Fast Growing Trees and they took care of it within a couple days. I received my tree about a week later. The packaging was amazing to keep the tree from shipping damage, and I was thrilled to see how big it was! Now, after about about 8 weeks in its new large planter pot, my tree is getting a ton of new growth! I am so happy and completely satisfied with my experience and my product from Fast Growing Trees!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
