There's nothing better than when the plant you ordered comes to you in bloom.

We ordered 2 6' fruit trees, an Moorpark Apricot and a Bing Cherry. They were rapidly shipped, well packed and arrived in good condition. The trees were planted the next day, and 6 weeks later are doing very well!

I'm disappointed to see that the 1-year protection, which was previously included in the product price, is now being charged as an additional cost. This change feels unfair to returning customers who appreciated that added value as part of the purchase. It gives the impression that we're now being charged extra for something that used to be a standard benefit. I hope you'll reconsider this approach or at least offer an explanation to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.

Slow to respond. Only after suggesting a poor review did I get a response and a pathetic price adjustment. Overall product is overpriced and underdeveloped and customer service is subpar.

I've ordered trees several times now and each time, the customer service is second to none. I had some trees delivered that were damaged and Fast-Growing Trees replaced them without question. All the trees we've planted are thriving well! I will continue to buy from this company!

The plants were delivered in terrible conditions, it took 6 days to respond from Fast Growing Trees. They offered a 20% discount for me... no thanks!

The services are great and healthy plants. I have a good fruits tree

I have ordered thousands of dollars on this site but I have had so many of the plants fail. Compared to other site I've purchased from, plants from fast-growing-trees.com seem to die the easiest. I believe a big part of it is the health of the plants when they ship. The plants have often arrived with pests, moldy/rotten leaves, and diseases. If they make it past the first week, there's always something that kills them (over any other nursery's plants), but they don't seem to survive the winter.

I will NEVER buy from you again since you offer no guarentees for plants that died. I spent a lot of money for plants. If I had known there was no guarentee, I would have remained with my local nursery. So the nightmare with you could last even into next year if any plants should fail. Thanks a lot. I've filed complaints

Overall, the product I've received are beautiful
However, we struggled to get the correct "smoke tree " that I ordered.
The first came very small and labeled smoke bush. I contacted with a picture stating that I had purchased a tree and was told that they were the same thing. And they gave me 50% of the money I paid on it back. However"bush" did not grow and eventually just died.
I contacted again about the tree that I ordered and explain the importance of it to me being that this was a memorial tree. I was told they were out of trees, but had plenty of smoke bushes. I then explained I'm confused because when I earlier sent a message about the smoke bush, I was told it was the same thing and now I was being told different.
After all of the confusion over the tree/bush fast growing trees did not disappoint with sending me a beautiful tree. They stood behind the product and I definitely will purchase from them again.

I had such bad experience with this company. I bought twice where it was totally damaged and bad. The plants do not grow well just would never do it again.

I order 1 butterfly bush and a snowball tree. Sadly either one was in bad shape when I received them. E-mailed company to let them and sent pictures, they kindly sent me some more, however I called them to let them know that again my butterfly bush came the same way as the first one, and I was told to give it about 3 months to settle well its been 6 weeks and it has died. My snowball tree it growing well no issues there, but my butterfly bush did not survive. 😪😪😪

All trees not doing well, my favorite cherry is very sick. All the leaves have died..

Poorly packaged trees resulted in 4-5 foot trees arriving split in half. This happened in 2 separate orders. Trees are very spindly.

Speedy delivery after ordering. Plants looked good when they arrived. I followed packing directions, watering, letting them recover. Planted as instructed and they are thriving. Very happy.

Arrived in good condition and is adjusting well to its new environment.

We ordered 15 different fruit trees. All arrived quickly and were properly planted and cared for. One cherry tree arrived snapped in half. Customer service contacted, credit for future purchase given. We tried to order the same tree but it was no longer available so we ordered a different brand cherry tree. It arrived quickly and so far so good. It has been a month since planting. One apricot tree hasn't shown signs of life yet. Sure hope we don't have to use the one-year guarantee so monitoring closely in hopes it comes to life soon.

Everything I've ordered has always been alive, healthy and thrived after planting. The discounts are always amazing and can't beat ordering landscaping that is delivered right to your door within the week!
