Unboxed the trees and they looked half dead. Sat them on the patio and watered them as needed. Now just a few weeks later they are brown and dead.

We've ordered 3 years in a row and they have a great variety of plants. I suggest ordering only one plant at a time since the shipper doesn't handle the packages with care. Each box has been mangled and one plant, included with a plant of a different size was completely demolished when it arrived. Plants that are shipped separately or with supports seem to do better. It's not the fault of Fast Growing Trees, it's the shipper. Boxes have all been damaged and are tossed on our steps. Earlier this year we ordered a larger plant and a smaller plant and the smaller plant was so damaged it died. The larger plant had supports and it is thriving. Another plant was shipped separately and it is doing well, despite the packaging being torn on arrival.
Hello, I purchased a few items from you the past few months. A Lemon Tree, Apple tree and Strawberry plant. The Apple and Lemon are doing OK, however the strawberry plant never survived the transplant. When repotting it the roots were not properly grown in for a nice transition. I would like a refund or store credit for this 1 item, the Strawberry Bush.
Tree arrived in the box and was already wilting. Planted tree and within a couple of days it was dead, roots were dinky. Went to Lowe's and was able to buy a tree for cheaper and in better condition.
After calling your customer service line, I was instructed to submit photos online, which I have done twice. The only response I've received was an email asking how I planted the tree. However, I never had the opportunity to plant it, as it was clearly dead upon arrival. Since then, I haven't gotten any more communication or resolution. I would appreciate a prompt update on how this issue will be addressed. I emailed the pictures on May 9th and May 14th 2025

I have now ordered a fig and 2 avocado trees from you. 2/3 have died, and arrived in wilted/poor condition. I called and was told "oh, they will come back and bloom once in soil." What a joke. I will never buy plants from you, and will tell all my social media connections not to buy from you. What a waste of money.
My tree lost all of its leaves within the first week in the ground. After communication with FGT, & some troubleshooting, they ascertained the tree would be ok. It's been several months and I'm yet to see new growth. 🤞🏻
Hi I am currently waiting to see what is going to happen with my 8 Lavender Rhododendron Shurbs order #*******515 only one currently has not flowered after two years coming out of a hard winter. The other two orders of Thuja Green Giant Arborvitae are still to be determined as my first order # *******830 arrived this spring a little brown and too limp to standup when planted and still trying to baby these to life. The next order came all green and no problem after planted and even today so I am waiting to see how everything will turn in the upcoming weeks/months and contact you if I need to with pictures
I've called twice regarding my avocado tree and am hoping that the second specialist I spoke with is right. It arrived soaked in water and I repotted it on the recommendation of the first specialist and then all of the leaves dropped because the soil is still so wet. On calling again the suggestion was to repot again and that the tree is still alive because the trunk is still green. I'm waiting and hopeful that it recovers. My other trees that ZI've purchased in the past have done well but this one is frustrating.

I was looking for a dwarf tree for my front yard. I found the Baby Blue Spruce and fell in love. The price was good, shipping was fast and the tree arrived well packed. The tree is doing very well (after a little transplant shock) and we look forward to seeing it grow.

The first hickup was that my order was significantly delayed from what was advertised. Then when everything arrived the boxes had some significant damage to them and the plants were in rough shape. Both from damage and dehydration. Currently they seem to be doing ok but still look a bit rough. Will likely just stick with a local landscaper/nursery in the future.
The overall process of purchasing and delivery was quite simple and easy, however, the pear tree died within a month or so of me receiving it. It had some kind of necrotic disease, the leaves were turning black from the middle outwards and eventually all the branches died.
I have ordered approximately 30+ trees and plants from this company over the last few years, all are doing great, the only issue has been the shipping company damaging the trees (which were replaced with no issues). I will continue to buy from this company.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
