Made it most of them didn't. With Fast Growing Trees we have not had a problem. I kind of held my breath thinking they weren't going to make it but surprise they did! We are so pleased with the customer service they are excellent and will buy again for sure!

I received the tree. It had leaves, however, they were crinkled and dropping off. I purchased a 5 foot tree. Approximately half of the tree I would describe as a twig. Not much more than 1/16 of an inch in diameter. I am very disappointed and dealing with their customer service. I now have to do a scratch test on a tree which is mainly lack at this point.

I got a 4 gallo three it came well raped and in good condition. I was expecting a small tree, yes, but all I got was the branch. I planted it anyway, and it is doing well. It started to bloom, and it looks like it will be a beautiful tree once it grows and becomes strong. Also, I like the fact that FasGrowing Trees offers a one-year guarantee.

Trees arrived well packed and healthy, but often died after a year.

This was supposed to be a hydrangea tree. It was a stick with 2 tiny leaves. Of course we were disappointed. It might take 1-2 years to maybe look like th photo.

I ordered two Arborvitaes from FastGrowingTrees.com. When I received them, they were not the same size. One was 18" and one was 24". I intended on planting them on each side of my shed, so they needed to be close to the same size. I called customer service, and they said both Arborvitaes fell within the size range of 12"-24". I ended up purchasing another one at my expense taking the chance that it would match one of the other two previously purchased. Thankfully it did. Keep this in mind if you are planning on purchasing these and expect the sizing to match. You would think the person working on the order would have tried to do so, but apparently there is no thought put into this when the items are being picked.

Have ordered a couple times and trees always arrive well packaged and healthy. Customer service has been very quick to respond and helpful. Great company. Would def recommend.

I actually never bought trees from them as i confused them with another company online. I placed an order mistakenly and gave them a deposit. I then realized I made a mistake and called them to see about a refund. They were very understanding and gracious!

You claim to have a guarantee for your trees, but then when a shipment is received damaged and reported, then a tree dies, and you follow the instructions on scratch test and everything else, you still get told no warranty, cause your past the 30 days. Completely dishonest you have lost me as a customer permanently and I will tell everybody I know to stay away from you guys.

The delivery was great, was surprised how it was packaged but nicely done. It's been three months and tree is doing great. I'm excited to see in the future the fruits it will give.

Purchased because they had the hydrangea tree I wanted. Kept inside for several weeks until weather permitted planting. Flourished inside but when planted I thought it was dying. It has comeback & has many leaves on the plant but it hasn't grown any taller.
