All trees arrived in good shape and even though a couple are two years old now they are thriving! I have purchased from this company two years in a row. I could not be more pleased with the purchase.

My back and side yard is being taken over by FastGrowingTrees.com trees. They all grow so well and strong. One tree I purchased last August didn't do so well and never came back after winter. The tree was replaced for free and the replacement is doing wonderful. FastGrowingTrees is the best.

Plants were not the size ordered and paid for, arrived after numerous delays I had taken time off work and had help come to plant only to have no shipment arrive on day specified repeatedly. When boxes were delivered badly damaged, plants were not the size ordered, out of pots dry nothing survived. No refund was issued customer service was awful. I was told once box was delivered it's yours according to this company no refunds were issued …
My bank is trying to dispute the $ 500 charge I am reporting it to the Attorney General. Buyer beware of Fast Growing Trees they are not a reputable business.

Horrible experience. Ordered a key lime tree. I paid extra for the taller version. It arrived intact and well packaged, but the tree itself is a skeleton of what I purchased last year from a local retailer at a lower price. BEWARE. Do not purchase from this company. I tried to resolve through their customer support, only to receive a patronizing response about how to grow and care for the tree. Maybe they should heed their own advice and sell a better product. And to cap it off, their marketing campaigns are relentless. Complete SPAM - 2 or 3 times daily it seems. It took over a week and several "asks" to get my address off of their distribution list. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS! Find a reputable local retailer so that you can have "eyes on" before you spend your money.

The trees arrived, They weren't as bushy as I expected, some broken branches. They have been planted and are doing fairly well. That said, a friend just purchased one from a local nursery for $20 more and the tree is beautiful, more mature and very full in comparison. So in retrospect I don't feel as though I got a good value.

Delivery was smooth and the lemon tree is lovely as a gift. Can't wait for lemons to grow for summer lemonade!

Purchase 31. Carolina Sapphire trees. Follow detailed instructions and cared for them like babies. Although fast growing trees did provide replacements for the ones that did not survive, none of the trees can survive the five - seven transportation in a box and a boiling hot UPS truck. The shock of transporting them killed all of them. Not one survived of the 62 trees. Very sad

This year when replacing product that was supposed to be covered under your warranty, I had to pay for shipping. It actually didn't save me anything and it would've been cheaper for me just to re-purchase the product locally then use your warranty. In the past when I had a bad product that did not live. You would simply ship me out a replacement with no charge. Under your current policy, I will no longer be purchasing from you.

Everything we purchased is doing great and came to us looking great!

It took some time to get these and I was very excited because they are beautiful in pictures. Looking at reviews I thought they'd be growing quicker than they are. Still very stickly looking. I've done feed and water just not that Happy.

I ordered 6 blossom trees 3 immediately died after arrival and three are good. I have ordered other plants and the shipping package is good. 👍 the packaging for the trees were also good

Ive bought trees from a few nurseries and the ones from fast growing always take off the soonest. Worth the extra cost if you can afford it. Also best selection.

I'm very pleased with FGTs products and service. I ordered raspberry plants. The box was clearly labeled "Lay's Flat." That was obviously ignored by the carrier as 3 out of 4 plants were damaged. When I sent pictures, FGTs replaced the plants without delay.

I believe the lady that helped me was a girl named Alyissa. She was extra helpful very sweet and got me exactly what I wanted for my mother and father's days gift. Even recommended some root stimulation packets that I had never even thought to get. Trees and bushes are doing great there in Texas. Thank you

All of my trees have been great with fast growing trees. Everyone I've ordered and there have been many have really grow and are healthy. I have only 1 rose tree that is struggling.

The photos of the plants look full and nice, I received 2 evergreen bushes that were literally small sprigs of a plant, one is already dead. I also purchased a grass plant and lavender plants, the grass was all but dead when I received it and one of the 4 lavender plants has already died. Paid $164 for what I would say was worth $75.00. The warranty process is just as bad, need to fill out warranty information, take photos which is all fine but you have to pay for shipping and tax on replacement plants. I am cutting my losses and will not be dealing with this company in the future.
