Unhappy with my swiss cheese plants. They look like they're struggling. Putting in a request for help on plants.Not doing well is a long process.Not happy with that.

My shipment was lost for several days. After multiple phone calls with Fedex, they suggested that I contact FGT for a replacement order because they couldn't find my package. FedEx said FGT could file a claim for reimbursement. This was a time sensitive shipping issue because I was concerned that my tree would die sitting in a hot truck somewhere. After 4 days I finally received an email response from FGT saying that they would ship another tree. The replacement was never sent and I gave up trying to contact the company. It is unacceptable to not have a phone number for customer service. Not all issues can wait several days.

I ordered a tree last year and planted as suggested. It died very quickly. There was no refunding so I ordered a replacement. Waited, then found it was delivered to an address out of state! So I ordered a different one that I was told was in stock, waited some more for delivery only to find out it was out of stock and was delayed! Now it's July in the heat of the summer and no tree yet! Still waiting!

The trees came as described in a box with staked support. It was in March 2025 as I was trying to get them planted early Spring. They only had one or two areas of a few leaves. They have since being planted grown leaves on the branches they have. They have very few branches but what's there appears healthy. I check them every other day for moisture. I have them supported north and south with a stake and tree support straps. I'm hopeful they will thrice. I planted them per the instructions.

I was sold a plant which I never received. And it wasn't until about 6 to 8 weeks after I had placed the order that I was told that the tree was unavailable. The tree was a gift to my daughter, and she never received it. Very disappointed, most likely not use this company again.

Ordering was easy, however, the tracking was a bit confusing. A lot of "clicking" and verifying before getting to FedEx tracking number. Overall, very satisfied. Would recommend FastGrowingTrees to anyone.

I ordered a key lime tree and paid for it at the time of order. I was given a date on when it would ship. It did not ship and did not arrive. I had to follow up and spoke with someone who could not explain why my tree did not ship as scheduled. If I had not followed up I would still be waiting for a tree that I paid for months ago. Also, I ordered a variegated pink lemon bush. Again I was given a future ship date at the time I ordered and paid for the lemon bush. It did not ship as scheduled and I had to repeatedly follow up with Fast Growing Trees to get info about my order. But this time I was not allowed to speak with a person to solve the problem. Instead I had to send numerous emails and received a few email excuses in reply. Again my order arrived late and if I had not followed up, I might still be waiting. I will not order from Fast Growing Trees again.

I purchased 2 Dogwood trees. ( buy 1 get 1 free). One dree did not make it and died. I filled out the form and included pictures. Within 10 minutes Fast Growing Tress responded and is shipping me a new tree.

Outstanding shopping, price, and customer support. One tree arrived damaged but was immediately replaced. We will be shopping with FastGrowingTrees again.

I received several items that were less than healthy reported my issues, were advised that they would improve over time, planted and nursed as advised and they are terrible. I would never purchase again.

I have a 3 year old corkscrew willow tree i bought here when i got my new house. It already about 15-20 tall and about 10 feet wide, the shade is great and the tree does great in the hot desert sun of palmdale Ca.
We decided this would be a great tree for our front lawn and garden. So we i purchases two, 5-6 foot trees on sale and planted them to soon grow and provide a perfect front lawn of shade.

I had 10 arborvitae trees that died... I took you up on the replacement guarantee, but those died too. Not sure if it is the trees or my soil (or what i did or didn't do), but I can't get these to grow. I won't order again.

So happy with our purchase of blueberry and raspberry plants from FastGrowingTrees! Received our plants on time, all packaged with care. Everything was healthy. 2 of our 3 blueberry plants already had berries on them! Everything was planted within 5 days of receiving (watered well each day until then). All are thriving in our large pots we transplanted them to. Raspberries have grown a lot, so they seem very happy. Blueberries have all produced quite a few spring berries considering they were just planted a little over a month ago. Very happy with our purchase, the quality of the plants, and looking forward to enjoying berries for years to come!

My plants arrived destroyed. I sent a message - nobody responded. Never again!

The delivery was spread out over a few days, although this wasnt mentioned up front. Also, the lavender plants died 1 week after planting.

I've ordered several trees over the years and they always arrive in good condition and start thriving once they're in the ground. The prices are great too, often much cheaper than my local nurseries, even including shipping.

Beautiful bare root trees with fresh new growth on them, they looked and still are great

I have recently purchased a cherry tree, orange tree, apple tree, pomegranate bush, grapes and strawberries. Everything is growing beautifully and I am so excited to continue expanding my garden. I really love the information that you provide to help me treat my trees and plants the best. I am very new to this and your guidance has been appreciated.
