All plants were as described and are helping my yard look the best it's ever been! Even some that arrived very dried out have sprung back and are healthy.
I also appreciate the emails of info and support from your team.

I purchased a lemon tree as a Mother's Day gift and she was extremely pleased. She's always wanted a lemon tree. Should be interesting to see how fast it does grow over the next year. With that said, this website is setup not to ship gifts but to ship to the buyer, so if anything could improve, I would say it should be recognition that some people like myself, especially those who live outside their home country of the USA, should be enabled to get the items sent as gifts. I was only able to get it sent to my mother's name by using her name instead of my own during the checkout process. Silly we need to do that. Please enable the buyer to ship to a different person's name and address. Yes, some of us actually send trees and plants as gifts!

I have ordered several trees (Cold Hardy Avocado, Limequat and Fruit Cocktail) and all of them have arrived in beautiful condition. Very healthy. I can't wait until I have fruit. The Limequat has lots of blooms.

Ordered 2 plants, before plants had even been shipped I tried to cancel. They said no. Plants arrived after delivery date was promised. After unpacking the plants were sparse and wilted. Tried customer again they again were not helpful. Ended up buying much healthier plants and much cheaper at Lowe's

Damaged from shipping. Replaced tree with new one. No difficulty getting it replaced

FedEx lost my order. Customer service promptly resent my order. I was happy with the quick resolution and the beautiful plants I eventually received.

The trees were easy to order online, and shipped safely to our home in Tx. Trees, all planted and doing well.

The bush/tree arrived well packaged and in good condition.

I've received fruit trees from you before. Although they were small (the largest size you offered), they were trees with branches. This Spring I ordered a 6-7 Kiefer Pear tree. It's just a single shoot with leaves on it. There are NO BRANCHES. It continues to limp along, despite frequent watering and largely mild temperatures this spring in CT, but I strongly suspect it won't make it through the year.

The WORST experience ever! I did not want my money back, I figured just never using them again would be the best take. These folks are a ripoff.

Have been searching for the Carolina Sweetheart Redbud tree.The site was easy to navigate; pricing, size clear, ordering simple and quick. The tree is very young and small 5-6' but I have been looking for this tree for a long time without much luck. I ordered it because it will test my patience but also give me the pleasure of watching it grow. I have 6 of the forest pansy redbuds and 2 of the white rosebuds. What a pleasure in my garden!

I bought 3 hazelnut tres and all 3 were planted upon arrival. They had wilting leaves and I replanted and the leaves aren't getting any better. They are brown now. I have watered and tried to help them along but I'm super disappointed. My other trees that I bought have the best fruit and look amazing. It's just the hazelnut that are all dieing.

My tree arrived with many black leaves and the tree looked flattened from shipment. I expected better quality for the money

I thought these "fast growing trees" would mean they arrived fuller and bigger than the ones you can get at the store. I mean, that's the name of the company, right? Wrong! I got two scrawny, pathetic sticks with a few wilted leaves on them for almost twice the price of my local store. I'm not even sure one of them is going to make it.
My neighbor bought twice locally and they look amazing and she paid way less. What a waste of my money!

The trees arrived alive and well. They are thriving and just now blooming. They are beautiful, and I am overly excited to see them full of purple flowers.

Unhealthy items arrived. Expectation from shop is that plant will thrive over time. My expectation is that a healthy plant will arrive.
