The lemon and avocado trees i purchased previously survived a severe winter in large pots.
I've ordered six fruit trees and 3 flowering vines. The trees have been in the found boxes last December and are doing great. On did come damaged and it was replaced. I believe the issue was too many things in the same box. I received my vines yesterday and on was broken so waiting to hear about replacement or refund. Again, there were 3 plants in one box and I believe that's where the damage was done. Need to work on the packaging of multiple plants in same box. They dosed the first

My tree was delivered when it was supposed to. Trouble with tree as I planted while we were having 100 degree days. Got a gift card for that one and reordered for October delivery

Terrible packing my last plane arrived 1/2 our the box and the other plant ended up on top of other plant.
I like yr way it was done before. Get online help, give your email address they'd look it up, send pictures and done Now I'm in and out of windows and disconnecting getting my order number and plant info. I end up frustrated. I'd rather not file a claim for perished plant. If that was the goal... it worked
