Purchased many times from fast growing trees, plants always arrived in great conditions even in Hot Texas summer.
Just order another tree, hope to receive them in good condition again.
However the vanilla strawberry hydrangeas bushes I bought last year never had flower, still stays green bush right now, I'm not sure why

I received half of one order on a Wednesday and the other half didn't get there until a week later. The boxes were smashed flat the trees inside damaged and shriveled and only half of them have lived and thrived in four months
I needed to cancel an order. I asked for a refund, and it was granted within hours.
Ordered, trees lost, sent replacements, 4 died and had to take multiple photos, then a scratch test with more photos and pay shipping fee for replacements for dead trees sent. Never again.
My only complaint would be that I have spent over $1500. 00 in various trees and plants. If i ordered them all at once, i would get big discounts, but would be overwhelmed with plants. You should have a different discount option for regular customers who want to order smaller amounts and space out deliveries.
Trees were much smaller that anticipated. I was expecting them to be taller to start as I want these to be a fence cover for the rear of my yard. Hopefully they will grow quickly
