Still waiting on trees ordered 7/1. Very little information. Last ship estimate was 8/19. Checking email frequently, hoping for something (shipped or delayed)
On the bright side, the 2 trees that were shipped are doing great!
Open package and removed from box to find out a nice branch was broken but it still remained beautiful
Recieved 2 trees one was ok the other died shortly after. Had to call the BBB to get you to replace the tree.
So far all my plants have been as promised. My last 2-- not so much. One was damaged and a second died within a month. **BUT** I reached out to customer service and one email later I have 2 new plants. NO HASSLE!
I received only part of my order on 8/15/25. Company was informed the same day and was told to wait a few days to see if it arrived. A follow-up email was sent on 8/18/25 that nothing was received. It has been 48 hours and still no correspondence.

We are avid gardeners so when we bought our daughter her first tree for her garden we bought a willow from Fast Growing Trees. Now, a year later, it is flourishing! So we're back to buy another tree for her and some for our new yard too.
I ordered 6 Italian cypress trees. They came late and the boxes were absolutely damaged. The trees were all damaged and I have only been able to save one. Other 5 died quick. It was March or April of this year.
I bought some Princeton Elms. They were so little and skinny when I bought them a few years ago - I was nervous. But they flourished and grew very quickly and beautifully in just a few years!
I ordered 5 trees, only one survived. There is warranty, but you have to pay the shipping for replacement. Do not recommend.

I was a little worried when my butterfly tree arrived crushed by the pot of a tree I had ordered as well. The heavy pot was packed on top of the branches.

Fast growing trees has been great to deal with! We originally purchased 13 trees a little over a year ago and they have done very well! We lost 1 to a storm this summer so we are replacing with another tree! Will continue to use this company for future needs!

Everything I've bought and has been delivered have been healthy and well shipped with quality. As far as when I pull up my account I find it a bit scary as to, let me 1st identify that I live in the southern California. Desert and the temps can get very hot, too hot for shipping at any time of the year. That said it still scares me when I pull up my account and it states fulfilled, because 2 trees out of 28 trees came from cal and we're delivered but 26 have not. I've been updated by email about shipping out but my account does not reflect this nor does it give any info of the order other than the 2 I received. I've ordered thru fast growing trees before and return because their inventory is so healthy. That's why I continue to buy from them. Although I wish their dashboard in my account could simply state that there is a partial order still unfulfilled would set my mind at ease that somehow I haven't slipped thru the cracks and I need not worry. That's why only a four star otherwise I'd want to give more than 5. And maybe it's me and I should not worry, as soon as I recieve the rest of my order I'll revise my review and hope I'll still have the energy it get them all planted in good time as I'm growing older waiting. Lol
