Still waiting on trees ordered 7/1. Very little information. Last ship estimate was 8/19. Checking email frequently, hoping for something (shipped or delayed)

I ordered 6 Italian cypress trees. They came late and the boxes were absolutely damaged. The trees were all damaged and I have only been able to save one. Other 5 died quick. It was March or April of this year.
I bought some Princeton Elms. They were so little and skinny when I bought them a few years ago - I was nervous. But they flourished and grew very quickly and beautifully in just a few years!
I ordered 5 trees, only one survived. There is warranty, but you have to pay the shipping for replacement. Do not recommend.

Everything I've bought and has been delivered have been healthy and well shipped with quality. As far as when I pull up my account I find it a bit scary as to, let me 1st identify that I live in the southern California. Desert and the temps can get very hot, too hot for shipping at any time of the year. That said it still scares me when I pull up my account and it states fulfilled, because 2 trees out of 28 trees came from cal and we're delivered but 26 have not. I've been updated by email about shipping out but my account does not reflect this nor does it give any info of the order other than the 2 I received. I've ordered thru fast growing trees before and return because their inventory is so healthy. That's why I continue to buy from them. Although I wish their dashboard in my account could simply state that there is a partial order still unfulfilled would set my mind at ease that somehow I haven't slipped thru the cracks and I need not worry. That's why only a four star otherwise I'd want to give more than 5. And maybe it's me and I should not worry, as soon as I recieve the rest of my order I'll revise my review and hope I'll still have the energy it get them all planted in good time as I'm growing older waiting. Lol

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
