Every plant I have received is healthy and beautiful. I will continue to order from them for the foreseeable future.

I have order a number of fruit trees and berry bushes, and all have arrived healthy and in great shape except a Lapins Cherry tree. The first tree had a fungal disease. This tree was replaced twice and both times the tree was totally dried up. They finally gave me a credit for the cherry tree.

Because of Texas heat my order has been delayed. I have no idea what to expect when they do arrive. Hopefully they will meet my expectations.

Only through separate queries and other interactions have I been able to obtain an adequate understanding of the do's and don'ts about caring for this specific tree type.

I got a lot of damaged, sick plants. I also was missing plants. Hopefully this time it all goes well.

Proving a discount or coupons to redeem the issue when delivering plants that are mushy or not good is not fixing the issue.

Great customer service; happy with plants purchased even though three of twelve of the trees died after 2 years.

Arrived healthy, but I didn't repot it. Left it on patio. Very thirsty. Repotted it two days ago, but not doing well. My fault. Will try once more, ordering another one with a two gallon pot and, this time, will repot it as soon as it arrives. Will see if this one does better. I live at 6500 ft in New Mexico. My hardy fig is doing okay in South window.

Ordered 5 trees in fall. All but one took off this growing season. Contacted them and sent pictures and they are now processing a replacement. Never ordered trees like this online before. I will leave feedback on individual trees purchased after they reach the 1 year mark.

Shrubs arrived healthy and ready to plant. Followed planting instructions and all 3 are doing well-even in West Texas heat!

I had trouble with a Drascena plant and had to throw away one of the roots. They gave me a credit to use for another plant after going over the care which I did and it didn't help.

This order is for replacements on plants that didn't do so well in the first few weeks. The experience has been great, customer service was very helpful and got the 1 year live replacements with additional guidance. Couldn't be happier. I will continue ordering from Fast Growing Trees.
