Most of the plants I have bought have arrived healthy. Some take a few weeks to become healthy, but only a couple of trees have not survived past a year. The only drawback is that some of the the trees I want never seem to be in stock.

The selection and ease of ordering online were great. How damaged the plants arrived were anger-inducing. And while I understand the shipping company can be careless, I expect this company to take ownership of the issue.
Bringing the matter to their attention was frustrating. You can only do it via their "Contact Us" page. That page stupidly only allows for 3 pictures. Then they turn around and ask you to email them more pictures only to find out their email doesn't handle pictures. They blamed on "bandwidth" issues. I looked at the calendar and it is 2025 not 2005 so that excuse is lame.
Never have any issues, plants are always healthy and that's why I continue to return to the site to purchase my plants.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
