Most of the plants I have bought have arrived healthy. Some take a few weeks to become healthy, but only a couple of trees have not survived past a year. The only drawback is that some of the the trees I want never seem to be in stock.

Plants arrive in good health every time for past 5 years or so

The selection and ease of ordering online were great. How damaged the plants arrived were anger-inducing. And while I understand the shipping company can be careless, I expect this company to take ownership of the issue.

Bringing the matter to their attention was frustrating. You can only do it via their "Contact Us" page. That page stupidly only allows for 3 pictures. Then they turn around and ask you to email them more pictures only to find out their email doesn't handle pictures. They blamed on "bandwidth" issues. I looked at the calendar and it is 2025 not 2005 so that excuse is lame.

Never have any issues, plants are always healthy and that's why I continue to return to the site to purchase my plants.

Holly bushes arrived healthy and beautiful. Planted them two years ago and they have thrived.

The items are transparent in requirements and delivery. Speaking of the shipping time is amazingly fast! The only thing faster is customer service getting any problems corrected with the great 1 year quality guarantee.

Your company is complete liars about your one year guarantee and you still owe me about $500 in replacement plants or store credits from nine months ago

I have ordered here a few times but each time I put in my account info and it never saves it in the cart. So I don't get credit for my purchases nor does it connect and show under recent orders. It's a little frustrating. Why allow the making of an account if it doesn't connect?

Had a tree mauled by a deer and had a tree arrive with the top broken. Replaced both. Always great looking trees!
