Please be sure to send prior to the end of October or late April. The last time we scorched the plants then had to winter over some plants for proper planting.
My gardenia arrived broken from shipping. I sent pictures they asked for more pictures then it was crickets on their end no response and no replacement despite numerous follow ups. However my one bottle Neem arrived with a puncture and drained out and they sent a replacement for that right away. My blood gold japanese maple arrived dormant and come spring time it didn't bud and was obviously dead. They replaced it with a store credit. I just don't understand why not send a replacement gardenia.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
