Order took a while to get to me because we are extremely rural... but arrived better than I was expecting! Beautiful trees! Great company would recommend to all and plan on more orders!
Received plants in excellent condition. The shipping boxes were designed to handle plants with loving care. Professional company. I will order more soon.
Website was easy to use when researching types of plants and their growing needs. Product came on time and in good condition. The tree is adapting well and has set 15+ leaves.
Easy shopping, quick delivery, and very responsive via chat. Still remains to be seen if my trees come back to life after the journey they made, but so far so good.
Ordered a Desert Rose. Very expensive. First one arrived with a fungus. Sent a replacement (I had to pay for shipping) and it came with yellow leaves which all fell off in 3 days. I'm done…
I pai a lot for a Desert Rose. Since day one it has been sick. Brown spots on leaves and all leaves dropped. Appears to have a fungus. Treating with Neem oil, but not looking good….
We are very happy with the product delivery in a safe and secure manner and the health of the trees. We had some concerns after a few days and called customer service. The person was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company to anyone! Now, if we can just get the deer to leave them alone….
Tree is sprouting leaves in two weeks from arriving. Lots of educational resources provided. Encouraged and supported. Just got to wait for the fruits of my labor as in figs
I have not received the items I purchased last month on 2/16/25. I don't understand why you would want me to do this survey when my order hasn't arrived yet
Can't review something I haven't received yet. Was supposed to ship the first week in March. Now you say April. Starting to feel like I made a bad purchase online
All plants in my over $2000 order said they would ship in a few days. I still don't have 14 plants and it's been almost 4 weeks. I just received an email statement that some won't arrive for another 6 weeks. Several packages that have been delivered were stacked against the house standing up so all the soil had covered the stems and the roots were just about bare. FedEx drivers cannot read obviously. The boxes say lay flat.
On line ordering to include promo and final pricing is the worst ever. Five conversations and no one could explain how to use Tree Cash. Taking my considerable business elsewhere!
After calling twice I still did not get my complete order- acted like I would just have to keep calling back. Low quality products are an issue-you don't know what you're getting. I was told to use the "use my warranty" button but there is no such thing. First they blamed it the mobile version but the desktop is exactly the same. Customer service is very poor. She asked for pictures of the bent trees and said I would have to discuss with someone else. Also, they sent bare root trees once that I didn't order-no way they were take back that garbage. Like my mom always said, beware of shiny packages. Buy from your local greenhouse so you pick out what you want. SimplyTrees.com does have some nice maples however.
I received my credit card statement the other day and discovered that you charged me already for the 2 trees that wont be delivered until late spring early summer.
Plants were in excellent condition when they arrived. They were shipped a little earlier than I would have liked, Too cold to plant here for at lest another week.
I ordered a lemon tree as a Christmas gift a couple of weeks prior to the holiday. It arrived a month later and was dead. It traveled from North Carolina to Ohio and a few other places before making its way back to Raleigh, NC for delivery. I made several inquiries during this time with very few answers. On the bright side, when I ordered the tree and again when I reported the condition of the tree after delivery I spoke with a very helpful lady and she is working with us to correct the issue.
When our fiddle leaf fig tree arrived, the bottom half of the leaves had all been cut off at the stem. It looks absurd. I didn't get charged for half a tree, though, I got charged for a full tree. And then I looked at some reviews of your site and wished I'd just gone to my local nursery. Total waste of money.
Ordered two lavender plants. One did not survive the transit, but was replaced by FastGrowing Trees. My plants are growing beautifully and I am waiting for spring to smell and see the flowers they produce. Excellent service and would use them again.
The product shipped quickly as described. The rose tree is already blooming out. The grasses were a little worse for wear. Hopefully they will start bouncing back soon.
We ordered 18 trees total. They all arrived in a timely fashion, were well packed, and in good condition. Just planted them and looking forward to great results.
I had to speak to customer service to schedule a future ship date. There was no communication when they actually went our, and my order is still incomplete.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
