Very helpful when I called for instructions on my bush issues

We ordered the Jane Magnolia tree and it didn't look good when we received it. This was quite a surprise because we had purchased 10 Thuja trees and they were very healthy upon delivery. I spoke with their rep and they sent out a new magnolia tree, almost immediately. Excellent Customer Service!

I've ordered several times from this company and I hate that I can never say that I've received good quality plants. However, the company does tend to offer more variety of plants than I can obtain from other sources. So, I do appreciate them for the variety of plants that they offer, But I can't help but notice that I get healthier plants from other sources which I go to when I can.

Trees are usually great. Service was incredible. But today felt like I was more of a bother. And interrogation to get replacement plants.

The support team has been very helpful when a tree needs to be replaced due to poor packing or a sick tree. This isn't 100% in their control, but they have been great at getting the trees replaced.

We occasionally get plants from them that don't arrive in a very good state but when that does happen they always replace them hassle free. Love buying from Fast Growing trees

After ordering 5-6 ft trees, i was sent a message saying they were unable to fulfill my order due to issues with the 6 ft trees. They offered 3-4 ft, however the price difference was not that much, and by the time i realized i was only getting a small credit back. They trees shipped shortly after i agreed to the smaller ones. I would have preferred the large, especially due to the cost (great deal on the 5-6 ft) and would have waited until the spring for them to try and ship again. The trees had a few broken branches and while i get they should have been going dormant, they both looked a little rough. We'll see how they come out in the spring.
