Bought a magnolia last year for which I paid $79.99. It had one leaf all year, but I had high hopes for this year. Well, it now has about 6 leaves and much dead wood. Save your money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I ordered a tree ten days ago... shipping is supposed to be "immediate or within 6-9 days." My tree was supposed to be in stock. I have sent two emails and have gotten nothing but an automated response. Seems like a scam. I am attempting to cancel payment with my credit card.

I ordered a dwarf mango tree and a 5-6' guava tree. My order was delivered a week ago and when I opened the box the guava tree was completely dead. It could not have died in three days in transit had it been packed alive. I took picture of it before taking it out of the box and then took pictures after taking it out of the box and emailed the pictures to them the same evening. They have not responded to my emails and I'm being given run around with the phone calls, telling me that they have back log of the emails and will respond when they get to it. Bad customer service. I will never order from them again.

I purched a large order from this site. All trees delivered were some of the smallest and poorest looking trees I have seen. One of the trees died and since I didn't purchase the warranty they would not replace it. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend one bit. BUYER BEWARE!

Don't waste your money. I purchased trees from this site for the simple reason that I wanted fast growing trees that would look established in a short period of time. Instead, I received 4 of the skinniest, saddest looking trees I have ever seen. I will be retired and probably no longer living here before these things look like real trees. Do yourself a favor and buy locally.

I ordered 25 strawberry plants, a fruit cocktail tree and 4 blueberry bushes. All of them thrived except 2 blueberry plants. I contacted them after a week and was told to wait a few weeks. After another week they looked dead so I contacted them again and sent a picture, i just recieved 2 new blueberry plants that are even taller than the originals. It took 4 days from when they received the pictures! Great customer service. I can't wait for the fruit!

These guys are in cheating business. I bought 3 trees, and were told that they are potted ones, but once they arrived one of them were in bare root condition. I called them and asked for a refund(b/c I could have bought the same thing at a cheaper price elsewhere), but they simply apologized, and did not care.

I would have given this company zero stars if I could. I sent a memorial gift and it never got there. They said they could not deliver it. I checked to make sure I gave them the right address. It was correct. An address in a suburb of Dallas Texas. How could they not find it. The house has been there for over years. Than because they couldn't deliver the plant I cancelled the order and they charged me a 25% restock fee. I had to pay for something that was never delivered. Not my fault they messed up but I had to pay for their mistake! This company is a BIG rip off!

Bought a willow and bamboo from this site. The willow was a wisp of a branch, that I must stretch out to the extreme to meet the 5-7 ft height promised. I paid 5 times the price I would have for the same items at my local nursery, and now have to go there and purchase what I need. The photos and descriptions were misleading, a true photo of the products would have made it clear that the asking price was 5 to 10 times what a reputable nursery charges. I have bought from reputable nurseries online and much smaller described trees I received were actually bigger in circumference and the same height. Also to save money they packaged the Bamboo with the Willow and placed the Willow upside-down in the box, this did not improve the shape of the plant. However being so tiny it survived. Also the 10 inches of Bamboo that was actually one stock with two small shoots cost $70.00 dollars, I paid $100.00 for a wine barrell full of a dense bush of 7 foot black bamboo 2 years ago from a private dealer. I will take this one for the team but say STAY AWAY FROM FAST GROWING TREES DOT COM UNLESS YOU WANT A RIP-OFF! I wish I would have read reviews before I choose to buy from FAST GROWING TREES DOT COM.

Ordered 5 trees/ shrubs
September 12, 2012

Ordered 5 trees/ shrubs. They weren't as large as described, The purple lilac appeared half dead & looked like it had white mold on most of the leaves. It never grew & leaves were falling off despite fertilizing & watering. Sent photos as required for a replacement, they said they never received them. Took more photos, they said to continue fertilizing for a few more weeks. The plant continued to deteriorate. Called again & again told send photo that they again didn't receive. Sound like the runaround? After spending $300 on mediocre trees that comparable "fast growing" trees could have been purchased from Lowes I learned that some online companies shouldn't be trusted to provide good products or service. Fast-growing-trees.com is one of those companies.

I haven't ordered any trees but I don't understand how you could get anything that would root properly by mail. The ones I got from Lowes required a truck to haul them and they were only 7 foot. I did order strawberry roots from fast-growing-trees and they took in two months flat. It's April now and they are starting to flower.

Ordered tress online from fast-growing-trees.com. It was a complete failure. Trees were supposed to have 4-6 feet, they had less than 3 feet and were so thin that they shouldn't even have been sold as branches. A similar experience to the one described here: http://www.poloniainfo.com/fast-growing-trees-scam.html

Buying trees or plants online is a no-no!

Sold me the trees and then when one of them died right away I wrote them and their employee told me to cut it down to the ground and wait until next Spring for it to come back and she said she would document it. Well she no longer works there and instead of writing back to them in May I wrote back in September and now they won't give me the exchanged material.

I have never been lied to this degree. They stole my money. I bought an expensive small citrus tree and they sent me a wilting twig without a root ball.
