The plants I ordered previously were being shipped in separate containers. The first package arrived on time and the plants were well-cared for. However, the second package delivered wasn't on the day of scheduled delivery. Also, the box was crushed and several of the plants were crushed. They seem to be doing okay in the ground now but it was a bit disappointing.
It was delivered quickly and in great condition. The Trees were well packed and protected. Better than imagined.

I just ordered two crape Myrtle trees. I bought a coral bark Japanese maple and it is my favorite tree in my landscape. It arrived well packaged and I have not had any issues with it.
I bought 12 Sylvester palms 7 gallon. They were about 1 ft tall. They could have been in a 3 gallon and would've been fine and probably would have been cheaper. That's not what I wanted.
I have ordered ~$1,000 worth of fruit trees over the last ~2-years. Although, the quality of the trees is overall good; sometines, the trees I have received via shipment have not been up to good standard. A few trees have shed<50% of their leaves during shipment and the tree(s) don't recover even after immediate planting, regular watering and fertilization. So, I have started looking for fruit trees locally, to avoid the shock the fruit trees suffer during shipment. Also, my experience is that the quality of the fruit trees vary from shipment to shipment (for the same type; may be the trees have matured by 3-6 months between orders!).

Many times plants are in very poor condition. There are no care instruction provided with the plants. So I must go on lined each time to find out how to care for my plants. This has happened continuously through August, 2025
I have previously bought four trees from fast growing trees and now this is my fifth. All four of the trees previously bought are thriving! I have purchased other trees from local nurseries and taken care of them in the same manner that I took care of these trees and they did not make it! So now I just go straight to fast growing trees. I bought a magnolia tree that literally came in a 1 gallon bucket, looking like a stick during Covid 2020. That tree is now 20 feet tall and gorgeous! I highly recommend.

The Purple Smoke Bush was professionally packed, cared for and grew to 12 feet this season. The Bush really grew fast and I am ordering a 2nd one for the other side of the yard to match since my other bush of 19 years died.
I purchased a Japanese Corral Mapel, 5 to 6 ft tall. It shipped very quickly and arrived in an undamaged box. I opened the box to find a beautiful healthy tree. There was no lose soil in the box and not even a leaf torn from the tree. I was so very pleased with my purchase
