I can't tell you how disappointed I am that I have yet to be able to establish the planting around my generator that I hoped for this spring. And, to top it all off, I was required to pay shipping on this last replacement of my plants. In each instance I sent photos that met your requirements of your replacement guarantee. If this shipment is diseased and damaged the only decent thing to do is to give me a full refund.
