My order came in quickly, but one item was not included. The company refunded my money for the item, but would have liked to have gotten it as ordered, but overall, a good experiance. I will use this company again in future

Despite much TLC my trees are not growing at all, especially the fig tree. Its still the same size it was as when I received it, and it even lost a leaf.

I ordered 10 1'-3' tall Thuja Green Giant trees. When I received them they were just barely 1' tall, weren't packaged well enough for the shipping, and the soil was spilled out of the pots. I don't think any of them are going to live.

I got two bushes@ 4 to 6 inches tall. Not the kind I ordered. Whoever packed these for shipment was not doing your company any favors.

The trees didnt look great out of the box. We planted them immediately, and used the root booster (purchased at webaite suggestion). It has been six weeks and they still dont look good- most leaves dropped off. There are leaves still remaining on 3 of the 7 trees, so Im hoping they arent dead.

Received the two trees that I ordered in just a couple of days. They arrived in great shape and really well packaged. They have been in the ground for about a month now and are thriving. Service and pricing were great. I will be ordering from them again.

Our trees arrived very quickly and in wonderful condition. Our overall experience was outstanding. We called customer service and the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful.

They ship fast the only thing they could improve is stop putting in their adds is fruit the first year. There is no way you are going to get that in tress and bushes that young

Good buy for the price. Would definitely buy again from this seller and recommend to a friend. Packaging could have been a little better. A few of the trees were bent in together. Nothing a little time wont make right. Correcting the packaging issue, itll be 5 stars

I would love to give them a great review but some of the trees I received dormant actually turned out to be dead. I had a chocolate mimosa tree I was really interested to see take off and it too did nothing. The maples and another tree I bought are doing excellent.

I have order from them for over five years and I can say their service has gotten to be excellent. The information they provide is as well. But, you have to buy a guarantee.

I ordered a fig tree. It arrived promptly, well packaged and in surprisingly good condition. Planted it immediately and it seems it took instantly. Noticed new growth a day or two later.

Fast shipping, quality trees. Glad I did some shopping around before walking into my local nursery and getting hit over the head. Get the root blaster it makes a difference in my opinion.

I was disappointed with the gardenis bushes. They were dropping leaves and if they weren't falling off, they were yellow. Won't order from here again.
