It has been an easy buying experience with fast growing trees. The trees have arrived healthy. The packaging is excellent although somehow my lemon tree came out broken off at the top just hanging by a stem peel. I sent them an email with the required photos of the item and all the necessary info and they replaced my tree within the week. I've ordered more since then because of their flash sales and free shipping sales and everything's been good so far.
We purchased 20 4-foot Giant Arbor Vitae trees: they arrived sooner than expected, each root ball was individually wrapped the branches we carefully tied/supported and their overall appearance was very healthy. We immediately planted the trees, received care guidelines, and they've already grown a few inches! We are very pleased and will order more next year!
We are long time customers and have never been disappointed. Fast Growing Trees is not the cheapest but they are the best. Everything we have bought has always arrived in great condition and healthy. You buy from them, follow the directions, and you will plant it once! You pay more, but you get what you pay for, no disappointments.
Two plans plants in a roll have died on me the first one was such a long drawn out drama to get replaced I gave up bother to deal with this replacement which is on its way to plant heaven.
I ordered rose bushes that were suppose to arrive within a week and the order took over a month to arrive. No communication, just constant delays. Great Garden Plants is how a business should operate. I will NEVER use your company again.
I ordered 12 trees, was given a delivery date, FGT moved the date ahead, and and again, I "think" my order sat around neglected and the roots dried out. When they arrived, they looked stressed, but I watered them and planted the next day. Next to a previous order of the same variety, that had been devoured by deer. The new order slowly died, but the deer damage trees started coming back to life. And are still doing well. FGT warrantied 9 out of the 12, based on pictures I sent, the other 3 died as well. So far, the 9 and the originals are doing well.
I have always had great luck with Fast Growing Trees. Their trees always arrive well packed with healthy product. A couple were a little worse for wear, but that was due to rough travel. Even those rebounded well and are cherished pieces of our landscape.
Our tree arrived in very good condition and in a timely manner. Two days later, I noticed new growth on the tree. It has continued to do well.
I purchased a 10-pack of one gallon hydrangeas from Fast Growing Trees to replace some shaggy wildflowers in a bed facing the street. My husband and I (mostly my husband!) planted all ten in mid-September, kept them watered, and they are already 50% larger as we head into late fall and winter. The only items I got on time and was alive were Mandan's bushes. The rest of my items never came when they were promised. When they did they were dead or broke or died when in a few days. When you try to get in touch with customer you can only Email. That's total bullcrap. I was able to get someone on the phone one time and he was a JERK. You are not customer friendly company and your products are not worthy. I threw away hundreds of dollars and nothing to show for it.

There trees come when promised, and are in good shape when they arrive, they are packed will in a box. The trees are healthy and take right after planted.
I ordered a 6-7' American Sycamore. The tree was shipped in a box that was too small so the top of the tree was broken in two places to make it fit. When I contacted customer service they said it'll sprout new shoots next year. No offer to replace the tree or refund for the price difference for a shorter tree.
I feel I was given a really hard time after submitting a guarantee request. Both my Bing cherry trees died, despite all my efforts. I felt the representatives were disrespectful and were reluctant to replace my trees. No one ever wants to go through the process of planting trees and then having to remove them and replant. I'm guessing at the date
Ordered a couple months ago and my tree was supposed to arrive mid October. It is November 1 and I haven't received my tree, nor did I get any emails telling me it's going to be late. I live in Michigan, so it's going to snow soon.
We had one tree out of 40 and green giant to die on fast growing trees replaced it no questions asked but to tree shipping centers was in pitiful shape I hope it survives I don't know why shipping would ever send out a little tree that looked that bad

I bought the 4-1 apple and 3 in 1 cherry tree to add to my collection of fruit trees. Our texas hill country weather confused the apple tree (pink lady and honey crisp) started blooming. Very happy with my purchase.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
