Never knew you could order plants online let alone trees. We live next to a tree farm but decided to try our luck with this site. Boy were we pleasantly surprised! Not only was the price better then the tree farms but weve never received a product in the mail quicker than we did with the tree we purchased and its flourishing quite beautifully! Cant wait to order more.
Trees arrived well packaged and fresh. All planted as directed. One died within 2 weeks. Called company and they sent another. Very good customer service. Did find this company is very expensive over local nurseries.

Purchased 3 Crapes, planted on or about 5 days later (March 26 in the Wilmington, NC area), the Tonto and Tuscarora survived, the Natchez died. Scratched the bark, as told, wound looked grey, sent pictures, never heard a reply from Fast Grow, had to call. Was told to wait till end of May, by then will have broken dormancy. Their advise was laughable. I could tell from phone conversation, they had no intention to replace. Wont purchase another plant from Fast Grow ever again.

Received an order early in April. The Crepe Myrtle is doing well. The Chinese Pastache tree has not done anthing. No greening, no bud development. An inquiry resulted in a response to wait another month. Having worked with hibernating plants before, my opinion is the tree is dead. It does not look like the company is in any hurry to help.
I recently ordered four apple trees for my elderly mother as a birthday gift. I intended to plant the trees in her yards so she could enjoy seeing the abundant wildlife in the area. Three of the four trees arrived in very good condition, however the forth (a pink lady) arrived in poor shape. Since planting, the three healthy trees have flourished while the forth appears dead.
I got a 2 year grape vine from them. It came very thin. You can tell it is in its first year but when i emailed customer service, this is the reply I got: "We don't normally guarantee the height on gallon plants only the root stock. I hope it will grow well and thrive for you." Basically they don't stand behind their product when it is not up to standard.
I ordered 2 pomegranate trees last year and they didn't make it through the winter. I called and they sent me out 2 new ones that were bigger than the ones I planted. I also have a key lime bush that I over wintered indoors. It did great and I picked about 12 little key limes this spring. I will order again for sure.

I purchased 6 trees/plants from Fast Growing Trees and unfortunately three of them suffered extreme shock from being shipped. I reached out to them within days of arrival that something may be wrong. They made a note of it since I got back to them within the 5 day guarantee period and said to keep an eye on them and let them know if they made a turn for the worst. About 4 weeks later I called their customer service and spoke with a very pleasant girl named Wonyae who helped me check on the plants to see if they were in fact dead and sent me replacement plants or store credit for the ones that were. This is how customer service is supposed to work. Thank you.
We have bought trees in the past and were very happy with them. We purchased and planted 4 trees this past fall and, unfortunately, none of them survived. Fast-Growing-Trees responded to our email within 1 day and has already shipped replacement trees. Very impressive customer service!
I ordered 2 small Dynamite Crape Myrtles a few months ago. The ordering process was quick and easy. My trees arrived as expected and the company was great about communicating with me through the process. My trees have been in the ground for about a month now. They are healthy and growing like crazy. I am so thrilled with my purchase and will be purchasing again for sure.
I ordered little gem magnolia and asian pear tree. When they were delivered the trees were sitting on top of each other because of the way they were packaged in a same box. I requested customer service to resend the trees which they did on a very timely manner. However, they were delivered again in the same condition. I uploaded the picture and they were good about delivery it again, and it finally got delivered correctly. I had asked them to send the trees in two separate package, but they refused. They have a very good customer service, but I don't know why they would ship the trees in a same box, which is likely going to break them.
The trees arrived very quickly to my surprise. Some of the tree pots were broken during shipment. I lost one tree possibly due to that. The others so far seem to be doing fine.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
