Our little evergreen trees arrived safely and timely - instructions that were provided for planting were excellent. So far our little trees are thriving and cant wait for them to get some growth.
I ordered 3 items which did arrive quickly but just as fast as they arrived they also died. The strawberry plants all started to mold right after they were planted so I had to throw them out. The dwarf banana tree lost its leaves within 2 days of me receiving it and I haven't been able to revive it, it just kept turning brown. My clementine tree lost all of it leaves but I'm hoping that it'll turn around because I still have hope for it. It wasn't the experience that I was hoping for but you live and learn.
He root ball had separated during shipping. I called and they sent me a second tree no questions asked, great customer service!
I ordered a 3-1 cherry tree and it looked to be in great shape when it arrived. Due to the weather here in NY I havent planted it yet but I have transplanted it to a pot in the mean time. That didnt seem to faze it all. So far so good. Hope this baby takes off this year!
I ordered a Stella cherry tree for our yard., as a pollinator for another cherry tree. It arrived earlier than I expected and the 4ft. Tree is healthy and looks great. We'll see how it does here in southeast CT.
The two plants were packaged well and are very healthy. There was no shock whatsoever that I saw after planting them in the soil. They have blooms on them and I am hoping that they grow nicely in the spot I chose to plant.
This review is based off of my overall experience with FGT. I have ordered cherry trees, pomegranate trees, avocado trees, blueberry and rasberry bushes and windmill palms over the past year. All of their trees have been amazing with the exception of one avocado tree that was damaged in transit and the two windmill palms that didn't make it through a zone 7 winter. They resent a new avocado tree and gave me full credit for the palms in which I ordered other trees as a replacement.
Service, variety, website and trees are A+ in my opinion and I always look forward to new arrivals.

Has not budded yet, it is very slow to respond to growth. Other newly planted persimmon trees have budded and doing fine. The other persimmon trees were purchased at another nursery.

All trees are not very healthy and bad warranties! I placed few trees. All trees that I received were bad. Although, I waited to see whether tree still can make it or not. It caused time expired for warranty issue and cost more to get back up one. It ended up cost lot more than local buy.
This wisteria is healthy and thriving. I can almost see it growing as it reaches for the top of the pergola.
I bought a 3-4 year old lemon tree and it came in looking great despite being shipped all the way to mass. It came in first week of April and it is currently may first and our tree is covered with the tiniest baby lemons. The tree is so beautiful and healthy!

The tree was so tiny and unhealthy when it arrived, it had no chance. It is dead by now. This is the second tree that did not survive and I wont buy anymore online.
This did not work out as well as one might have hoped. The people at FGT were always very pleasant and helpful. However, the logistics did not function as they should've. I had to put in a special request for a ship date, since, as I recall, in the order form, there was not an option to request a special shipping date. In spite of my request, the pair of trees arrived a month before the soil thawed where I wanted to plant them (in southern NH). They then sent a replacement pair at the proper time. However, on this occasion the two beautifully leafed-out trees both arrived with their trunks half and three-quarters snapped off, because they had been packed by the FGT shipping department in a 7' long carton (heavy rootballs at the ends) that lacked a stiffener along its length (e.g., a tomato stake), had ostensibly been picked up in the middle by someone during shipping, and snapped. Once again, FGTs was most cordial and forthcoming, sending a replacement shipment, which I believe is currently underway.
I was impressed with the condition of the trees when they arrived. The service was also impressive as you are kept informed every step of the way.
Everything was great but the grape died and the strawberries never did anything. The strawberries were replaced and the new ones are doing great. All the other tress look really good but the crepe has red leaves? Not sure I was sent the right tree.
Plants ordered, money exchanged, plants arrived beautifully and carefully sealed in large pots in boxes, I was very satisfied the delivery was timely plants arrive with very little damage. The company is reliable, and honest.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
