I ordered two pomegranate trees that were supposed to have soil around the roots but when i received them the dirt was everywhere in the bag but on the roots. They lived ok but are rather spindly for the price

I expect to remove the cover at years end and hopefully, being established, it will continue to thrive!

I had ordered a Red Bud and a Dogwood. I received A Red Bud and a Blueberry Tree and the Blueberry Tree is barely alive. I was not even given the chance to pick a different tree if I was not going to get the Dogwood.
My Black Diamond Crepe Myrtle came packaged well. It was a little pricey but I couldn't find this particular plant at any local stores. It came with a free white dogwood tree as a promotion. The crepe myrtle was not huge, but big enough to get a growing start. The freebie dogwood was a tiny stalk and probably not worth anything (maybe in 5 years it might be a noticeable size, who knows). I planted both in the ground about 3-4 months ago and both have survived but I'm waiting to see if they will survive the winter here in Reno, NV as it gets cold and we do get some snow. One thing I do have to say, however, is that the red flower blooms on the crepe myrtle are pretty against the dark colored leaves. Currently looks like a narrow bush, but can't wait to see it after it grows some more and starts looking like a tree.
Their plants are sturdy and vibrant. I love them. They are all thriving in my yard and produce lovely blooms. Green and hearty.
I planted two royal empress trees in May of this year 2018. They were 1 ft. Tall. They are now over 5 ft. Tall with leaves 1 ft. Wide. Incredible growth. I highly recommend these trees if you are looking for something that grows fast and full.
I got my tree on a Friday and my husband planet it when he got home the next morning dear head help themselves to a few of the lease. I called and told him about it because I was told dear did not like maple trees. I was offered another tree but this one was OK and it has survived. Not only did it survive it has put out beautiful branches beautiful leaves and I'm very happy with it. Also if I have any questions There is someone there to help me.
10+ healthy trees, 2 died - no replacement - disappointed. Will not order more. In today's age where replacement trees are usual, I'm surprised that the company doesn't automatically replace their product without having extra coverage.

Unfortunately the trees we got were like twigs and aren't growing well. Maybe it was my perception pf the size the should've been was wrong. :( Just not as good as going to a nursery and seeing the trees before buying.

You have great nursery stock. However, FedEx Ground cross country puts at risk safe delivery of stock. My plants looked great even though two of four arrived out of pots and died subsequently. FedEx Air is perhaps better, but your contract with FedEx doesn't allow upgrading of ground to air. Alternative would be to try better packing of the pots. Transit time was 5 days.
Bought three willow hybrids to increase privacy in our backyard and within one week all three trees had died.

So then I ordered some blueberry and raspberry bushes -- again great -- so I went back to get a meyer lemon three, which is already sprouting lemons. I kinda want to pull some trees out so I can bet more from them. Great experience.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
