I ordered 3 fast growing trees. I've had them for not quite a month. So far they look great, but it's impossible to know what they'll be like in a year, or even by the end of winter. They're supposed to grow 12 ft in 5 years and I hope the do, but until then… 🤷🏻
Well my trees arrived separately but in good shape. It's too soon to know if they are viable. I'm very disappointed that no planting tips or instructions came with them. I have never seen a Blueberry bush much less know how they should be planted. Do better with better support
The Meyer lemon tree I ordered is just as described and arrived quickly. It's very healthy and strong. Recently had a lot of heavy rain and strong winds and it's still doing just fine. I'm looking forward to when it bares fruit. Thanks.
I ordered 3 trees plus some other items. All 3 ivy plants arrived dead or dying and so did the Rose of Sharon tree. I planted them and after a week they are still dead. The other 2 trees and 2 shrubs are ok thus far.
Purchased Chicago Fig Tree which arrived dead. Fast Growing Trees shipped another one which never grew, let alone produced any figs! I even purchased an extra warranty at an extra expense, which is no longer good because I had to wait and see if it would grow! Don't waste your money!
The customer service is horrible. Contacted 3 times and you cannot talk to anyone. 3 times later and a month still no trees. No answers. Just a statement thell be arriving soon. Uhh it's been over a month. Contact again same reply the will be there soon. Guess what no delivery. Try to reply to same email no response.
I was concerned to have a tree travel cross-country in freezing temps, and then UPS kept delaying the delivery. My hopes were down.
BUT this adorable Meyer Lemon Tree arrived in perfect shape and it's already producing many beautifully fragrant blooms. The tree is inside. I will not hesitate to buy several more.
Service was outstanding. One of the most pleasant representatives I have spoken with in a very long time. She patiently answered all of my questions. Shipping was on time and as promised. The tree received however was quite small and not very many branches for the $179 I paid. I purchased a second tree at the local Home Depot which was much more robust and was only $89. I believe the tree I received was shipped a bit too early and was not quite the size that was promised.
I was surprised that the apple tree had several leaves on it and several blooms, plus it was taller than me, and I'm 6 foot. Now the chestnut tree looks like it's gonna need some help. It was alot smaller and had two or three leaves on it but only had two maybe three stems coming off it. We will see how that one grows. But over all. I am very happy with the trees, got them planted and see how they do.
I have purchased many hydrangeas and fruit trees. Every purchase has been a very good one.
I love this company for quality, and variety offered. Prices are consistent with others. Periodic sales are enjoyed!
Plant arrived very beat up and with all damaged leaves. Luckily, some small totally new growth from the roots but all of original growth dead. Was patient to see if anything would regrow but it did not and policy with plants qualify issue is very short. Never again.
I ordered 12 shrubs for a business inspection per the landscape plan to get occupancy approval for our new building. It took over 2 weeks to get the shipment and we failed our first inspection because they were late. And then there were only 11 out of 12 shrubs in the box when they finally arrived. They said they would ship out the last shrub immediately for our 2nd business inspection, but never did. They ignored my emails for an entire week (and you can't call them). They finally tell me on the day of inspection that they will ship NOT ship out the shrub due to time of year and will send the missing shrub in March 2025--three months later. I am now trying to get a refund of the one shrub but may have to dispute the credit card charge to make them do it. Their customer service was horrible and I will never use them again.
This tree came in a damaged box and arrived late through no fault of Fast Growing Trees. With that said, the tree was in shock but healthy. It is winter and has been dropping some leaves but it also has new shoots appearing! We could not be more pleased with our purchase and are excited to get the next part of our order,(a lime tree) in February.
I ordered a dozen plants. 1 arrived dead. 1 arrived damaged. Despite completing their process to get a refund or replacement, I'm getting emails from customer service but getting nowhere. A warrent shouldn't be almost impossible to use. Not shoul I be forced to pay shipping cost when I've ordered $3000 worth of plants from this business.
I bought a Meyer lemon tree and it was supposed to be shipped around March 17 (as I have pre-ordered it. Then I got an email stating that the order is not ready and it won't be shipped until April 30th. Hopefully, that will be the case and there won't be another delay!
I guess I'm wondering why they are selling something that's not available?
There is no reason when I ordered 5 trees for $500 Xmas and the ground was frozen, they arrived weeks ahead of what they said. By then they looked dead. I couldn't give them as gifts. I wrote several times saying I'd pay to return them and just send replacements when weather is better. They said no and said there was no guarantee I bought and wouldn't do a thing. They said plant them
And let them know in mid-May if they are still dead. This is terrible customer service beyond belief. I am totally surprised by the lack of concern by this company on chat and email both snd how they don't stand behind their product. I will call my credit card company to try to resolve this. I only asked to replace dead trees I can't give as gifts and offered to pay myself to return them. This is beyond belief terrible service and I told them so with no response.
I couldn't t be any happier when I got all 60 of my trees ordered throught FastGrowingTrees, they were all carefully wrapped and boxed for a safe arrival to my home.
I will be buying more plants from you guys for sure!
Shopping was simple. The tree arrived in good time and was well packaged (which it needed to be since FedEx left it standing completely upside down by the front door despite large arrows and instructions "this side up".
Decided to buy from this site after I've browsed for this very same tree at local nurseries. They are overpriced in my local area. Tree arrived well packed. Acclimated under shade for a week and planted right after with decomposed granite and pumice mix and some slow release osmocote. The tree is thriving right now. Very good deal. This is the 11th tree Ive bought from this site/company and they all alive and thriving.
Banana plant was fully root rotted and black roots. Rot seemed to rise up stem. I clipped much of the roots off and new white shoots emerged. But rot is contagious and I'm worried about plant and neighbors in the long term. Quick service, knowledgeable, seemed friendly. I'm hopeful for the recovery of the plant. Also I'm curious as what conditions and how the plant got such extensive root rot, which seemed to come from the nursery.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
