Ordered 5-6ft. White dogwood tree. Package was broke, and ball was not solid. Had to cut the plastic bowl, on 4 sides, so ball would: t fall apart. Planted immediately, with loving care. Dug hole a yard wide, put in top soil put a gallon of water in hole. Added more top soil, some mulch, and a mixture of minerals, vitamins, ECT. Called " super thrive," as well as miracle grow in water. Put more top soil, original soil, and 3 inch deep of mulch on top. Tree went into immediate shock! Everyday, I checked on it, and added some water. It never caught! I talked to an advisor from fast growing trees, and she said I did everything right. The tree is now dead. I'm very disappointed, as I planted nine other trees, at a cost of $42 each, and they all caught. I paid over $173 for this tree, almost 4 times more than I paid for other dogwoods, magnolias, Red buds, crabapples ECT.

They stand behind their products and I have enjoyed all the trees and plants I have purchased thus far.

Ordered a five apple tree When arrived it was a four apple tree which is fine. It was a little withered from travel but once in the ground and watered it sprung back up Tree is growing great, appears to have rooted well. Now I have to wait for a year or two for it to yield. Have bought other trees from Fastgrowing and they have done well. Definitely will order more trees. They have followed up a few times for this delivery issue and it isn't a problem. Just something they were happy to know about

Bought an Ice cream banana tree came in excellent condition been in ground since july still doing well in september. I am in zone 9b/10a bay area california I am hoping it will be able to get through winter without major die back. One thing I will recommend is for fast growing trees is to carry Dwarf Orinoco and Mekong giant as those are also edible and are more hardy for more areas. Other than that I am satified and will purchase again in the future.

Did not have any issues before, now there are no trees available that I want.

I ordered 2 plants and I wasn't told it would took a month to get, I had to cancel and I didn't get any. The plant that came on time was smaller than I expected

Had one of the many trees I planted die. It was a very simple process to exercise the warranty.

I ordered a spruce tree and some other ever green trees.The spruce tree was stiff and dried out when I got it all needles fell off in a week. Other trees are doing great looked good when received still great. My spruce got replaced opened the box half of it was burned looking almost three weeks later not doing g any better. I was told not to worry it would perk up... still waiting. The rest of the order looked great. No luck with the spruce.

Not so good. My trees. The leaves already turned brown. Watered every 3 or 4 days
