I ordered 35 forsythia. They came damaged. They still don't look good.
Previous orders have included apple and fig trees, strawberry and blueberry bushes and more. Not enough time to judge the outcome. Blueberries never produced, fruit trees still getting established, but all arrived on time, healthy and in excellent condition. I believe they are doing well for their first season. Strawberries were very tiny but tasty, and not many produced, but this was their first season also. Will update the review next season.
Received a few good trees and a few decent trees, plus a couple rough trees. The good and decent trees when received established well once planted for their first growing season. The rough trees were refunded or replaced, but still would like to see more delicacy taken when shipping these trees, because my replacement trees were a little rough also and the leader of the tree damaged, putting a rough tree in a prime place in your yard is hard to swallow and the extra care and maintenance it takes to get it to thrive is a little daunting at times. But thru my fast growing trees experience the root systems seem to be strong and bounce back if the extra care and attention is given to the rough trees. But for the price the rough trees should be refunded or replaced bc we aren't paying or buying a tree to have to help bring it back to its potential glory.
Bought a couple dozen plants from fast growing trees. Everything survived shipment. I lost a couple of plants over winter and warranty replaced them. Had my plants for nearly a year now and they look great.
Green giants 3-4 feet were delivered. They looked good and held up during shipping.
I purchased 3 Crape Myrtle trees (Nachez, Tuscarora, Twilight) from FGT around 2018 and 2021, I think. They absolutely thrived in the California climate. When I moved they were just starting to create shade.
I am in Kansas now and my focus is on the serviceberry tree because they're native and thrive here and yet won't grow gigantic. I trust FGT to deliver healthy tree that will also thrive.

After letting them know, they sent the correct one to my house. It looked like it had been in the box from the time I first ordered it, very droopy. I planted it right away, kept it watered. It has dropped quite a few leaves, but I think it's going to be ok.
I ordered night blooming jasmine that I have propogated twice snd enjoy the fragrant blooms on my balcony. 100% satisfied. That's why I'm back😂
Blueberry bushes died. Fig tree is barely hanging on. I took it to a plant doctor.

The plant arrived healthy with a tiny lemon on it and soon flowered. It was on the deck, and our local rabbits stripped off the lemon and all the flowers (boo…). I have since raised it with a tall stand (it's in an pot)and it's doing well. It briefly had some mottled green and yellow leaves that dropped in the first 2 weeks—but then recovered. I have pinched off most of the baby lemons, in order for 2-3 to achieve a normal size (currently are about 1 inch). However, the tree has made over a dozen baby lemons so far, and is about to burst into bloom again.
Had a tree that died before the one year guarantee was up. They sent another tree quickly and without question!
I want to start with, my previous-first order was fine with no issue. My 2nd order was for a 3-4 foot 3-4ft fiddle fig leaf tree. I tried to order 4 bags of soil but it would only let me order 3, which was fine. Approx a week later I received an email stating that my order would be delayed due to where it was coming from/where that particular tree location was, needed to get updated clearance documentation before being able to ship it. I emailed to check in and was told that they were working with the vendor and that I would get an email when it was ready to ship. I waited 2-3 weeks longer and then called, was then told it was in and being reviewed. I checked back and was told it was still being reviewed, was put on hold and then told it would be shipping soon. I received a notice that it was shipping. The tree arrived and the box was damaged at the top and at the bottom and taped loosely taped up. It was open at the top a the top of the tree was mangled and broken. I took pictures and sent an email with pictures regarding the damaged. Also, the bags of soil that I ordered were not in the box. I thought maybe they were coming separately as the tree Box was very narrow but, my previous order had the soil packed within the box with the tree. I sent a separate incident email from the website noting the missing soil. I received a response regarding the missing soil asking me to check the box to see if by chance it may be still in it. I get it. Stranger things have happened but, double checking no soil in the box. I was told they where out of stock on the soil and would refund me. I had also mentioned in the soil email about the damaged tree and to send pictures and I let them know that I did send pictures attached to the damaged tree incident email which they thanked me for sending. Have not received any further communication.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
