I love the style and the material of this great Diamond Jim - Stetson Fur Felt Western Hat. It fits perfectly for my Israel trip this year. I would recommend this product.

Hat was blocked so that one side was taller than the opposite side. Gave the hat an awkward lean. Hat sizing was a bit off also. I currently wear 59cm in several other hats this one was more like 60 or 61 cm.

I do love the hat but all my hats are size lg, though this one even though was lg seems too big.
I did not want to call back, get the the RMA, ship back... too much of the trouble, so I will got to local hat maker to help me with sizing.

I didnt check before ordering that return shipping had to be paid by the purchaser. It cost me half the price of the hat to return it. I will not take the chance of ordering from this company again and having to return a hat that doesnt work for me.

I never buy one size fits all hats, and was careful not to order any, but... I got one anyway. The other two were as ordered although they run a little large.

Purchased the hat for my older brother after he saw mine and he loved it, although I found that there are variances in brim width according to color I would hope they would investigate this issue

I placed my order on the Sunday evening before Cyber Monday (does that make it Cyber Sunday) and got it on Tuesday morning with the standard free shipping! And I live in the far corner of the country from these guys. These guys ROCK!

Great hat and I could not find the light color Stetson Fedora anywhere else. Site was easy to use, competitively priced and I received the hat in a few days.

The hat is a very good quality and well-made. But not quite as full as the cabbie I had pictured. Not exactly what I wanted but I don't want to go through the hassle of returning and trying another.
