I have searched for the best suitcases for years and finally found these. I love that they can fit a week's worth of clothing and are lightweight. They're also easy to carry around, which is important when you're moving from place to place.
I travel a lot for work and have tried out many different suitcases. I can honestly say that Monos luggage is the best out there. It's durable, lightweight, and fits everything that I need to bring with me
Love love love this company! I bought monos luggage on sale and after reading reviews. Immediately took it on trips to Ireland and Iceland, loved it! Loved the backpack especially because it is so comfortable and has lots of pockets and looks way better than a typical backpack. The suitcase is beautiful and roomy with lots of pockets and packing options. I was dismayed upon return to the US to see what the airlines had done to it. Looked like they put it through a meat grinder but it never opened to spill anything out. Imagine my surprise when I contacted monos to see about getting the corners repaired and after they looked at my photos - all of this in just a few minutes while we texted back and forth - they said "we are replacing your suitcase and sending you a free suitcase cover too." I was floored. Amazed. Grateful. The staff were so nice it was unbelievable! I am a customer for life! If you want great quality luggage and wonderful customer service I recommend Monos. Wow. Just wow. Can't wait for my next trip just to travel with it again. Photos of the damage below. Received my brand new suitcase last week.

I am very happy with the metro backpack. I do a lot of outdoor work and was looking for a backpack that was water resistant to protect my laptop and other electronics when I'm out in the rain or snow. I have used it on several occasions already and haven't had any problems
The only reason I gave Monos a star is because there wasn't an option for no stars. Their customer service is nonexistent! I ordered on November 26 (Order #*******, a Black Friday deal) and my credit card was charged. When I check the order status on the Monos website it still shows as unfulfilled as of December 7. I've emailed "customer service" 3 times and only get a canned response stating that they're really busy and responses are being delayed by 2-4 days. There's no phone number because apparently they can't be bothered by customers. I'm really disappointed and I certainly wouldn't recommend buying from them.
