Unprofessional

I ordered some products but I did not get any because a girl who offered me a catalog didn't get them. People in this company make a joke of it. This is not first time, year ago I ordered a product from another girl, and waited almost a month to get it. Those girls work hard to sell products, but people in the company obviously do not respect either them or customers.

I attempted to sign up as a representative and purchase $128.93 in product and starter kit. The transaction appeared to go through but I never received confirmation that anything was ordered. I contacted the rep that I signed up under and she said I wasn't in her system. I've contacted customer service two weeks in a row, I have to select that I'm a representative just to speak with a person or I never get answered. I was told by two separate customer service people that there was a ghost charge on January 2,2021 from when I attempted to order but nothing went through. I was told my money would be refunded. Nothing has been refunded. I really wanted to purchase products, but I just want my money back at this rate.

I had a friend who became a Farmasi Influencer and encouraged me to do so as well to get the 50% pricing. But I had no interest in promoting their product - unless of course it happened to be amazing! I started out extremely moderate with a trio eyeshadow and a matte lip gloss. Let me tell you, Cover Girl eyeshadow blends better than this stuff. I tried without eye primer as well as with two high end primers that I love - and this stuff is terrible! The matte lip I bought did not match the color on their tube or photographs, it came out with much more of a peach tone than the pink tone advertised. I hate the color. Needless to say I was 0 for 2 and I won't be trying more of their products.

Amazing! Affordable!

I have sensitive skin so I'm always nervous to try anything new, especially on my face. I decided to go out on a limb and try Farmasi products and it was like LOVE at first site. I love that they are cruelty free and have many other benefits. Definitely will be purchasing more.

I was a BI for awhile... You have to have a PV125 or basically you don't get paid! So it is false advertisements from BIs trying to build their teams and telling people you there are no quotas. You have to have 125pv to keep active for 6months but you also have to have 125pv a month to get paid! Even if you team gets you to 125 group volume you don't get paid... BUT they reconize you get a raise when you really don't get that unless you have 125PV... Bull$#*! I call it

In order to support my friend in her new biz endeavor, I purchased eye makeup remover (as stated in title) as well as the 3D Effect mascara. Nothing to write home about as far as the mascara. It's run-of-the-mill as far as I am concerned. I wear eye makeup daily and I was hoping the makeup remover would replace the brand I typically use which is 5x more expensive. I used cotton pads to wipe the liquid on my eyes. I felt some heat while wiping both eyes. Not a stinging heat but it was clear my eyes were having a reaction to the product. I have been trying to find reviews online to see if I am the only one who experienced this or if anyone else had experienced that heat sensation as well. The remover also is advertised as not leaving an oily residue, however, a residue is left but it's neither oily nor watery. Something between the two. Thankfully, it dries in about 5 minutes. Anyway, I can't use it anymore. Yesterday it irritated my eyelid enough to where it was swollen today. I have to go back to using my expensive stuff.

Where to start, I sold for this company for a year. Their skincare is one of the worst skincare I've ever used! Age reversist serum actually has carrageenan in it which clogs your pores! The customer service sucks! And shipping takes 3 weeks! Give it thumbs down!

Completely false advertisement.

Their advertisement is false on the 1 to 2 day shipping after the order is received. I'm going on day 6 without them sending me any info on the shipment. I won't be buying from them again.

Great company!

I just started purchasing items from Farmasi this year and so far I have been extremely pleased with the quality for the price. It is not extravagant. I love the nail polish. It holds up well, and can last me for about a week with no chips. It is a lot better than many I have tried. I really like the mono eye shadow, lip scrub and matt liquid lipstick also. I am also impressed with Mr Wipes multi purpose cleanser and Mr Wipes laundry detergent. I plan to continue to buy from Farmasi.

Mascara

I ordered the black Friday special they had 3 Zen mascaras for $29 received in a 1 week and that was at peak holiday shopping. I keep 1 and gave the other 2 to my daughter's
I have to say I love the mascara.

Good Products I see so many say it don't work well you have to give it more than a week I've been using it for about two months now and I see a huge difference and it's well worth the money And it's more cost-effective than going to these retailers and paying for their product and I love the fact that it's an animal and cruelty free

Don't buy it

Body scrub and gel are misleading, don't work. Customer service is not good. Refunds are a joke, they refunded 80% of what I paid, waste of time and money.

Horrible customer service
October 28, 2022

I was actually selling for them they sent myself and a customer a product that was empty after one use. It took over a month and multiple calls, emails, chats as well as my sponsor and her sponsor and her sponsor getting involved. I was then sent a replacement for mine which arrived as an empty box. When asked what I wanted done about it and asked to have it replaced I got a well I guess we can do that. 4 weeks later it finally shipped. Then took over 3 weeks to arrive.

Noticed most of the products seem a good price but some seem ridiculous unless you actually sell for them.

Also if you sell you don't make anything. Having people under you is useless unless you are going to sell more then them cause you don't get paid unless you sell more then them.

There super pushy about posting, cold messaging and growing your team.

I would have probabky stayed on just for the 50% discount if it wasn't for the horrible customer service I received from multiple people including the members on my team!

Shame that Farmasi doesn't care that Seriae Wilson (BI) smokes, cusses and even cusses at her children and has no teeth and uses other products of which she states some are better than Farmasi - but farmasi only cares about the money and will make fun of her followers as well and has facial hair (see left side of pic) has tattoos - cannot believe they let her represent this company and does not file taxes and is allowed to promote and get commission from Spoiled Lips Cosmetics

I ordered the complete line of Age Reversist Skin Care and am very unhappy with the design of the bottles. The clear lids do not stay secured on the bottles and causes them to leak all over my make up bag. I even put them in a ziplock bag thinking that would prevent the lids from falling off but it didn't work. It's wasteful and messy. I hope this is something corporate will address and revamp.

Frustrated af

I bought an acne regime in November that totaled 142.42 it broke my face out worse. I sent in the return and it was scanned into their facility Dec 15th here I am still waiting for my refund. I was okay with them applying the 142 credit to my account because I genuinely love the make up products I've used. Yesterday there was a credit for the refund amount in the website. Today the credit is 0. No money has been refunded. This has been an excruciatingly frustrating process for me and I think it's going to be a game changer in future purchases. Why does it take companies. 02 seconds to remove money for a payment but over 1 month to refund?!

Don't trust

I came across the products of this company by accident, the lady who presents them was very convincing, I even contacted her because I was interested in cooperation, but I regret that I did not only that the products caused me a rash, but also the lady who is a representative in Southampton was very arrogant never again

Not what I signed up for
December 25, 2019

I ordered the product from a friend who has best interest at heart. Told me to join and become a member so that I could get 50% off. It took a month before I got my package. When I got my package I was reluctant to open it. To my surprise it had two starter kits with samples and catalogs. More of a consultant kit. I repackaged it and sent it off the following day with a card asking for a full refund. That was two weeks ago. I still haven't heard from them.
