Farfetch

So excited when receiving my order today. It's a very fast delivery as I have placed my order on last Friday. Unbelievable and shocked that the t shirt comes in damaged condition, there are totally 3 holes broken point of the collar. I contacted FARFETCH customer service right away with photos attachment to showing the product damaged. I wish to get a new proper one for exchanging instead of refunding. This is my second order this year.

The bag had scratch mark, I think the shopping is sending me display item (I ordered new season product)

Jeans were perfect but too expensive; the excuse that some items are sold by affiliates is not good enough for selling a specific size 100 euros more than other sizes. Before placing the order, I emailed farfetch asking for help regarding the size, and they never bothered to reply. It would be helpful to mention if the size of each product is french, italian or UK since "30" is not the same size to all countries. Delivery was fast, although there was an issue with DHL that falsely claimed that my address info was incorrect and had to talk to them for 30 minutes in order to receive the package on time. Delivery cost is too high: 20 euros for express delivery with no other option whatsoever... Most companies offer free delivery for purchases over 150 euros and I had to spend an additional 20 euros to a pair of jeans that cost 392 euros! Also, returns are not free, since farfetch keeps the 20 euro delivery cost.

I ordered a lovely Burberry scarf, that I was flirting for many time... but did not come with the original box to pack in my closet.
Such a disapointment with the packaging.

The shippment should arrive on 30 September- 1 October but recieved on 5 October. I think its DHL problem as i called them many times.
I ordered Masion Margiela ring for hubby birthday. The ring beautiful, but the packing so bad. The ring box was old with scratch n sticky tape place on it, ruined the value n the shape of the ring specially when you buy it as a gift. Wanted to see an elegant wrapping for such brand n occasion.

The product came within the timeframe and the product came exactly as advertised! Brilliant experience, will definitely be ordering again!

I have ordered slim fit jeans and have received a skinny fit model. The wrong description on website. The shipping was quite fast and I had to return the parcel. Very satisfied with the customer service and Sara´s help throughout the process. I´m waiting to have the money back to my account tho.

I am so satisfying with this farfetch. If you are looking for latest design clothes. Then you should check farfetch atleast once.

Everything would be OK, but I have noticed that a lot of their products seem to wear off quite fast.

Impossible to receive a refund for undelivered items, very poor communication with customer service, beware of this page.

I'm a platinum member of Farfetch. I buy 90% of my clothing through the application. However, recently, I purchased items that are coming from Australia and are being held at customs because they are REQUIRING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to allow my package to leave the country. This has NEVER happened prior, and the amount of my purchase is minimal, obviously raising my concern as to why I'm required to give out such personal information as my social security number to purchase a skirt. I'm appalled, and unfortunately, although Farfetch may not technically be at fault, but they are acting as if I am overreacting to what is happening.

Good website - quick delivery of the goods, but then it comes to returns - it's not smooth at all. Website show error. By email - you will receive answer in few days and it will not solve your problem. So your way is to consider time zone - call them and wait for 10 minutes to do actual return.

It's not a great service, but not a scam after all.

I have chosen the express mail or the fastest mail on the order I placed on December 28,2019. I paid $30. Shipping on DHL carrier, it told me that the delivery date would be on December 31. I waited, and waited until the end of the day time which is 8Pm fearing that somebody/bypassers might take it and it didnt arrived. I actually just got it now which is already January 2,2020 To think, I also ordered the same day from a different company and also DHL Carrier and it arrived on time on December 30,2019, what it says on the delivery date. First, I wasted my money on Shipping. Second, I wasted my time waiting for the delivery. Third, I had so much stress that I had to choose for another outfit to use for New Year's Eve.

Just received Alessi toaster and kettle, whilst the product looks great, so far I'm unable to test as it has a European power plug - I'm not sure that that was made clear when buying - it appeared to be a good price to buy but I'm now having to buy adapters adding cost to the item - very frustrating and disappointing

No packaging came with this item, only the shoe box directly inside the carrier brown bo. Was disappointed as this is for a present and I ll have to package the boots myself.

It's a AUD3970 bag and I was astonished on how poor the package looks like when I have the delivery in hand. It looks like a purchase from an night market and made me kinda doubt the authenticity of the item, which I will bring to a BV store to check. With A purchase of this price the quality of item should assure customer not the opposite.

The jacket, i would rate 5 stars. Its nice and very very light warm. Herno living up to its name.

In two days i got the product. I will prefer more days for delivery with small price, despuite two days but the price bigger.

I recently tried placing my first order on Farfetch, the order was processing for 2 days before it got cancelled with the item still in stock(i checked afterwards) and it said that they will refund within 14 working days. I was shocked why my order was cancelled at first and also worried that i wont get my refund as i have read a lot of reviews regarding that but i actually received my refund within 2 working days. Might try ordering again next time.

When I took the sneakers out of the box, the first thing I noticed was the blemish on the front part of the right shoe (photo enclosed). There was also a smudge on the inner side of the right shoe (photo enclosed). I tried on the shoes anyway and they were too small, although I normally wear size US 7.5 for women Nike sneakers. Therefore I will be returning them.

Disappointed after receiving the goods. Button fell off. Unwanted thread everywhere on the garment. Workmanship is poor. Spending USD400 above for this vest is totally unacceptable. I never have this experience before when buying things in Farfetch.

Hi company Farfetch! I made Myst order. Wrote off money from my bank encounter. In four days I obtain information. To make other order. Discount for these goods removed. This situation developed two times this month. Kind regards. Nataly.
