I sent the mail to contact of farfetch many times. Nobody writes me anything about my problem. I'm waiting my returns more than 20 days.The product is at ITALY/BERGAMO customs for a two week to a required paperwork. I cannot find order or returns on the farfetch website, it was deleted.
Purchased a clutch that I couldnt find anywhere in the UK and so Farfetch had it shipped from Italy. It arrived in a week, was packaged well and the bag is in perfect condition. Very happy and will be shopping with Farfetch again soon!
Order processing was way quicker than expected. Even made it in time for Christmas with normal shopping. Thanks Farfetch for saving Christmas for me. Most definitely will be shopping again.
My delivery address is wrong, I have called the customer service, but she hasnt solved my problem and no feedback

The clothes were shipped fast prices are great! They actually have there stuff in stock too which make things great!

This is the first time I have ordered from Farfetch and I have to say the service has been exemplary from start to finish. The customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. The delivery was very quick - I was told that I wouldnt receive my item until after Christmas which I was disappointed about because the item was a Birthday treat to myself, so to receive my item a day before my Birthday and before Christmas, with notifications to advise of delivery date I was so impressed! Thank you! I love the item and will definitely order again and recommend Farfetch.

They are cheater and liar. Don't buy something from that website. I ordered Mcqueen Sneakers and it had to be delivered between December 11 and 13 but I did not recieve yet. Costumer sevices always say about my order. I try to cancel order. I hope I can do.

Loved a Herno Jacket in Aspen but they didnt have my size or navy color.

My first purchase was a splurge for my daughter, a sweatshirt for almost $300! I accidentally ordered a medium instead of a large. I contacted customer service and was told that they couldn't change the order OR even cancel the order I would have to have it delivered and RETURN IT! Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
