Hello
I sent the mail to contact of farfetch many times. Nobody writes me anything about my problem. I'm waiting my returns more than 20 days.The product is at ITALY/BERGAMO customs for a two week to a required paperwork. I cannot find order or returns on the farfetch website, it was deleted.

Thrilled with my purchase

Purchased a clutch that I couldnt find anywhere in the UK and so Farfetch had it shipped from Italy. It arrived in a week, was packaged well and the bag is in perfect condition. Very happy and will be shopping with Farfetch again soon!

Excellent service!

This is the first time I have ordered from Farfetch and I have to say the service has been exemplary from start to finish. The customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. The delivery was very quick - I was told that I wouldnt receive my item until after Christmas which I was disappointed about because the item was a Birthday treat to myself, so to receive my item a day before my Birthday and before Christmas, with notifications to advise of delivery date I was so impressed! Thank you! I love the item and will definitely order again and recommend Farfetch.

Received defected item and returned for refund. No progress for more than 13 days. No reply. Already sent many emails. Worst online shopping experience. Dont buy from them!

Great return policy!

I'm more of an Asian-fit. Therefore, there is always that chance whereby clothes purchased overseas (especially online) do not fit me. I'm glad I can have my order changed or refunded. Thanks!

Liars and Cheaters

They are cheater and liar. Don't buy something from that website. I ordered Mcqueen Sneakers and it had to be delivered between December 11 and 13 but I did not recieve yet. Costumer sevices always say about my order. I try to cancel order. I hope I can do.

Loved a Herno Jacket in Aspen but they didnt have my size or navy color.

Fast but disappointed

Its very fast but disappointed that the packing is not decent, i spent around us$320 dollars but the product just like a old stock packing, and now all other online shops are very decent and new, please return my feedback

TERRIBLE!
December 12, 2017

My first purchase was a splurge for my daughter, a sweatshirt for almost $300! I accidentally ordered a medium instead of a large. I contacted customer service and was told that they couldn't change the order OR even cancel the order I would have to have it delivered and RETURN IT! So I am out the $$ AND don't have the item that I would like to give her for Christmas! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
