Bought a bag from farfetch. The bag came to me has a scratch on the front. I returned the bag. The order status has been kept at "returning" since then. It has been 4 weeks. Asked CS twice, got replies but no answer. Kept saying they understand. It's like I hv spent the thousand for nothing! Will I never receive the refund?!?!?!

I purchased a pair of Casablanca sweatpants from Farfetch and I was beside myself with satisfaction! The price I paid was incredible, the item arrived within 2 days of order confirmation and it was packaged exquisitely! I cannot wait to shop again with Farfetch!

About the products, I don't have a point. I ordered on the 22nd of February. Now on the 9nd of March, I haven't received the package yet.
I am very disappointed not because of that.
When I tried to contact them, they replied to me with excuses only and they didn't take any responsibility as a company. I was waiting for a gift for my girlfriend's birthday and in the end it won't come on time.

This usually satisfied farfetch customer was highly disappointed by the last delivery, a very expensive prada re-nylon skirt which arrived totally carelessly packaged and was completely creased upon unpacking. Given the unique re-nylon material, it is not clear if the deep wrinkles will ever disappear. Quite astonishing for a luxury retailer and absolutely not expected. Extremely disrespectful to both the customer and the product.
I ordered a sweatshirt from Farfetch on Wednesday that was being fulfilled in Italy. It was at a discount and i was not in a hurry to receive it so i chose standard shipping for my order. The next day i received a notification that the order was going through customs in Italy. My expectations of when i would receive my order were around 11-15 March. The next day it was on my door step by noon. Unbelievable! And it matched all my expectations.
This is my second time ordering from far fetch and I have not been disappointed. Items come very nicely packaged from stores, and shipping is so fast. Ordered something yesterday morning and got it today!

I bought a product that did not fit me in size. I made a return of the goods, the return procedure is very simple and convenient, in the next few days I immediately received a refund. Everything is very convenient.
I'm really upset and angry that they will not refund me £355. My parcel was signed by someone I don't know. They refused to refund even through the tracking clearly states some random man's name. Eventually had to make a chargeback claim with my bank and was successful. Stay away from this company they even get people to write good reviews.
Delivery Of half an order does not constitute service so much for your grand plans of silver gold and platinum customers have you ever thought of catagorising your service standards too

Firstlt they sold me damaged goods then refused to refund me. So now I'm stuck with a £400 pair of trainers that will never be worn. In all honesty I'm not even sure if they are genuine. I have then to provide me with the details of the company they used but they refuse to give me any info. SHOCKING DISGRACEFUL treatment of a customer.
Purchased a ‘ leather ‘ bag for a gift. Turns out it was PU! Also the designer bag by PLAN C. Didn't have composition label and where it was made. I asked if it could possibly be fake? Farfetch didn't like that al all...
Complaint to farfetch and they told me the lag had " some " leather component. It didn't and basically fobbed me off.
To their credit they said I could return it but it was a gift and I wasn't going to ask for it back.
Usually this company is good but I'm not happy this time at all.
I just downloaded the app and attempted to place order but halted after seeing all the negative reviews and the overall rating. No doubt the management should look into the problems and come out with alternative solutions (IMO)
I'm waiting more than four months for my Golden Goose sneakers. One month ago I requested my money back and then Farfetch stoped answering. When I call them, an operator says that they will deal with the issue and send me feedback till end of the day but I never recived an answer from them. They took my money and never sent me my item back. They stoled from me. Somebody please help me, I don't know what to do anymore.

I just got canceled for 6times on my order! The error about payment security they told me to send them the ID and a picture of my credit card (which was not ok because of a 480$ Item) and again got canceled and noone helped

I use this site to get the stuff even the best local boutiques or department stores don't carry. The sales are often better than prices at discount fashion sites. The homewares are often great too.
I ordered stuff worth 2 grands and the order was marked delivered but not delivered. Their company policy on the website says this in the screenshot attached about no sign delivery and they said I requested for No sign delivery. How does this makes sense? Now thy keep juggling me between DHL and themselves. One asks me to contact the other and vice versa. This has drained all my energy and I am just shattered and frustrated. This is my order number 5S7EMD. Please help me, please!

This is a review for Farfetch customer service, not the products themselves. The customer service was truly terrible. I called three times to initiate a return. Each time they gave me different information about the paperwork needed to return an item-each different from each other and also different again from the info on the return email they sent. What was worse is all three sources of info were incorrect and the DHL driver had to guide me as to what was actually needed. They were unapologetic and unaccountable for their incorrect information which risked me getting the item returned in their 14 day window and risked me getting a refund for the returned item. Although the items are beautiful I will not be ordering from Farfetch again.
I used to always rave about Farfetch. I tell all my friends to buy from there and have bought multiple items in the past with no issues. I recently ordered slides and were sent the completely wrong item. The man at customer service was helpful in processing a return and explained to reorder the item. I thought it was no big deal and so I did what he said and reordered the original item I wanted. I received once again the completely wrong item yet it was the same wrong item sent as the last time. I called Farfetch and they blamed the retailer. It can't be that the retailers (two separate stores in two separate countries) are to blame when it happens to be the exact same wrong item. She was less helpful than the original man who I spoke to and explained I have to just return the items and that they can't even guarantee if I order again I will get the right item. This is crazy to think a company can't guarantee that you receive the item you ordered after 2 wrong tries. I just processed the return on my own and won't be ordering with them again as the original item I wanted isn't even on the website now.
Good website - quick delivery of the goods, but then it comes to returns - it's not smooth at all. Website show error. By email - you will receive answer in few days and it will not solve your problem. So your way is to consider time zone - call them and wait for 10 minutes to do actual return.
It's not a great service, but not a scam after all.

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
