I did many shoppings via Farfetch, all fine till you do need to return the item. They wrote me back: Unfortunately, your order... cannot be refunded. We have checked the shipment information of your return and found that it was not handed over to the shipping partner as agreed.
I will never understand this, I returned the item to Latvia by DHL with all labels I got from Farfetch!
This happened to me 2x, so I decided NEVER SHOPPING via this e-shop. Pls, avoid of them!
Farfetch returns are VERY, VERY slow and you are at the whim of the claims their partners make. I was told their partner claimed a denim shirt was returned damaged, a lie. How do you defend yourself against an unknown small retailer thousands of miles away? The possibility of scams and fraud are too high and I will never shop on Farfetch.
I rarely write reviews but I hope someone sees this. I purchased a very expensive item which came and was too small to even try on. I returned it, they said the original seller said it was damaged which is not possible on my end because it never came out of the packaging it came in. They said they can't refund me and are waiting for the seller to ship them the item so they can send it to me because I have to keep it. I shipped it back in December and now it is almost August and have sent 5-6 emails, no response, haven't received the item, haven't received a refund. At this point they just stole the money. I have never had anyone steal blatantly like this and the item was over $500 so I'm going to pursue legal action against them.
I made an order buying three items, however the package that arrived only contained one which I returned because it didnt fit. I wrote to Customer Service expalining that the other two items I paid for never arrived and asked that they either refund me or send me the items. After conducting an "investigation" they declared the case closed denying to refund me or send me the items.
I suggest staying away there are other shopping sites far more reliable.
I purchased an expensive article of clothing from then and needed to return it. They use DHL which is awful. DHL came and picked up the item which I I have a confirmed apt that I scheduled through Farfetch. Well DHL LOST the package. I spent weeks on the phone with DHL and finally they told me they lost it and go to Farfetch for reimbursement. Farfetch states I have to go back to DHL who now claims since they can't find it it's not their fault. Meanwhile numerous reps at Farfetch told me this happens all the time bc DHL is awful yet they refuse to refund me. Do NOT buy fro te it's a major hassle if you need to return anything through incompetent DHL!
I asked for a help though customer support. What I've got as a reply was a copy-paste standard answer which did not help at all. When I called this out and told that I would rather talk to someone real instead of getting a generic answer which you can also find on FAQ - they have just sent another generic reply. It almost felt like - are they doing this on purpose to piss off their clients?! I'm not sure but overall terrible customer experience.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses in October 2022, and I still havent received the product purchased. Delivered to me was an empty off-white sunglasses package, and thats it. After a 3 month long process I was told "the weight of the package delivered was the same weight as when it left the warehouse". No $#*!? The sunglasses were taken out of the packaging before they were shipped were they not? Dont deal with this marketplace, quite unprofessional and demeaning in the complaints process.
Horrible website and 'customer service'. If there is a problem they do not want to know and you'll be chasing your refund for weeks and weeks. I used to be a customer for past 10 years but never ever again.
I ordered 2 sets of 2 glasses and only received 1 set. Farfetch is taking their partners word that both items were in the box that was shipped, the fact remains they were not. When I opened the box only 1 set of 2 was included. I weighed the box with the items in I received in it after being told the case was closed and the weight on the shipping label does not match what I received. I believe their intent was to ship the whole order but at some point a mistake was made and I only received half. What's frustrating is they are telling me I received the whole order but I did not.
After placing the order in 4 days they sent me an email saying they can't ship my order until I pay the difference amount (almost double the price extra) as the price was not accurate when I placed the order! The email was sent on the day I was expecting to my order to arrive
Customer service didn't help me to solve the issue it was just a waste of time

My item was not deliver but farfetch had already charged me the full amount of my purchase before shipment and also later i found out that my order status"active order" had moved/changed to "order history" (delievered) and that means they had claimed item was delivered which is not true.
I had raised the issue and requested them to investigate however no response from their team, in my point of view they have no business etiquette and should I claimed this a cheating case? I will not buy from them again, is really a bad experience!
Worst service ever! Returned my shoes 2 months ago and still haven't received any updates or refund!
Also ordered a tory burch bag, after two uses the material starting wearing off and cracking,after negotiations all they offered is a 10% refund since the item has been used as if i would've kept it if it was initially in this bad condition. Super disappointed, i need to send them a minimum of 3 emails to get a response and no body even cares!
I returned sunglasses followed by their instruction, but when the sunglasses arrived in the custom of Portugal, the DHL told them to contact the custom to release the item, but they did not, and the item is there for almost a month ( still there at the time I am writing this review) and they just hold my refund not take any action. I contacted them, they only said they still hold it and will update to me asap. They do not care customer but their own interest. Very bad company. I already disputed the charge from my bank.
I have been using Farfetch for a while. On my third order, I have ordered 2 sunglasses as well as some other products together.
Sunglasses shipped from sunglasshut, and in the app it's been indicated that they will be shipped together. Once I receive the package, there was only one.
I simply file a report, call the customer service by hoping this as a simple and honest mistake that will be compensated quickly. It did not! A few days later, I received an email they can't return because the 'partner' confirmed that they delivered both products.
This is quite literally stealing. I don't see anything else here. The biggies nonsense I have experienced in online shopping so far.
I will be following my legal rights, be away from them!
Do not think all companies are equal when it comes to returns. Farfetch makes it very difficult to return items even when following their website instructions. First, to find how to return is difficult and then the website cannot find your purchase, then it is too late to return.Then when I go to upload my pdf invoice, of course their website would not take it. I do shop online and make only a few returns with ease, but this company is difficult to deal with returns. I will shop with other companies that are easier to communicate and more caring to their customers needs.

Items never got delivered and they show signature proof from a different order and say its delivered. From the order of 6 items only 1 got delivered. I have my camera proof that they are not delivered. They just do not want to accept it and don't want to refund. Never buying from here again. They stole my money! No customer service! They constantly reply saying their tracking shows signed and delivered, they do not even know to look at the right order.
I would recommend never purchasing an item from this crooked site. I purchased a pair of $500+ sneakers which I ultimately decided to return. I received confirmation from Fedex that the package was picked up for return. We never received any follow up from Farfetch on the return however, were never issued a refund. When we ultimately noticed and reached out, they said they were unable to track down the shoes and would not issue a refund. We sent them the confirmation email from Fedex and it was a 1-week back and forth between those two companies blaming the other. Ultimately, we have no shoe and no refund. The customer service is a joke and the Company is an unprofessional/criminal.
They wouldn't take any liability for lost packages and blame everything on the customer. I had to call customer service multiple times and they always asked me to call FedEx directly. Considering the price of items in their website, I expect much better services.
So I just recently ordered four Purple Brand Tees. One on 5/5/23 and three on 5/15/23. Todays date is 5/19/23 and the 4th of my 4 are already here. My 5/5 purchase came on 5/9. Authentic,Unworn,Neatly packaged. One item came from the Netherlands and another from Italy. Great prices and always has flash sales or discounts for members. An assortment of Purple Brand. Can't speak about other designer purchases …but I'm pretty sure you'll get the same outcome.Merchandise comes from accredited stores. Even sign signature deliveries. Over all GREAT company. I will never ever order anything from this company ever again, I placed order online when FedEx came to deliver a stranger walking down the street met driver outside truck signed for package and kept going, all footage caught in my ring doorbell, I advised the company I never received my shoes I order for 1,300 they basically said screw off, nothing we can do. They wouldn't offer a reship refund to investigate nothing, I called customer service for week for a corporate phone number address something in the US they all act as if they didn't understand me.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
