I ordered a designer bag which was 30% less than the original price, in Farfetch. I've got it in less than a week. I am happy with their service as well, as I had given a wrong address. They corrected it in no time.
Your company has terrible customer service. You have been contacted a number of times to assist with this delivery and have ignored the emails.
Fast delivery and price were cheaper compare to others, hope they have more sales more frequent and have free shipping monthly

I like the experience, although I honestly think that you could do much better... The confirming and shipping time was too long, and the deliver was schedule for Friday late afternoon, then Monday late afternoon and was done Monday morning... Lukely I had someone at home. Regardless of that the product is perfect and I really like what I bought. I will buy again

I honestly dont want to complain but this dress is also badly wrinkled. Basically I ordered a blue Esteban cortazar from the same seller and it came wrinkled without a garment bag. So I specifically requested for a garment bag for this order prior to shipping to prevent similar situation. You can take a look at my account history. I spent over $1500 for two dresses and had such a bad experience with packaging. I dont think asking for a protective garment bag for a designer dress is too much to ask.

The worest coustomer service ever, they took awile to responce and they just agnore me, they try to just wait till issues go away.
I ordered a Saint Laurent shoes 1000$, I did not get them, they told me it is not thier issue and they are unable to refund me.

What I like about Farfetch is that has a mix of brands and styles, that I can find designers that are not globally known.
Came on time in tact everything was perfect very satisfied. Loved my piece and im excited to be placing more orders in the future!
I bought a mens Prada belt less than 2 months ago for £200 including postage.
The belt has broke, my son only wears it on a weekend as hes at college.
I was told to send pictures, which I have done, then I was told to package it back up with all the documents that I still have and send it back.
Im now told it will take up to 3 months to get a conclusion on a faulty belt, that is longer than we have had the belt.
Totally unacceptable, but reading some bad reviews Iv found that they do this hoping you will get fed up and go away.

Was pretty impressed by the prompt delivery that farfetch had arranged with DHL, responsible on consumer enquiries and responded fast.

When i got the farfetch i was struggle to open it. Oh my goodness farfetch should design another box for customer to open it easily. I bought alot of things from Mytheresa and Reebonz. Their boxes are amazing, its easy to open and also i can use it to put my stuff in but with the farfetch i had to chuck it away. So i rated you 3 because of the box. The rest im happy. Cheers

I recently wanted to commemorate an important moment in my friends life. I chose some incredible French jewellery from Farfetch, and they made it so easy. Delivery was super fast and she was thrilled - Thank you!
I am satisfied even though i had some issues with the shipment. I paid for the same-day-delivery but I got the item the morning after. I sugges to improve the customer service because the phone number is not a free call and there is not chat assistence.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful
