I have ordered a dart game on February 23rd for my brother birthday.
A month after still no news, I get worried, they tell me the supplier is struggling with the demand and they reprocess another order.
Bottom-line: it's been three months now and still no news. Obviously my money has been cashed in for a long time, that may be the reason they do not reply my emails anymore.
And no... you 25 dolars gift card after my tenth email won't help.
What's the point of being fancy if you cannot even deliver the basic: deliver the product.
I normally don't write reviews but I have to say this was the worst company to deal with. I order my package on December 11th and it didn't arrive until January 7th. They haven't offered any apologies other than saying "we told you it would take up to 2 weeks to deliver". This company has unique items but good luck receiving your items... Buyer Beware. Stay Away!
Possibly the worst eCommerce experience I've had. I purchased an "iKettle" from Fancy and when it was delivered it turned out to be UK (240v) electronics, yet nothing to that effect was listed in the product description, and this is a US site listing the product in USD.
Upon contacting customer service they avoided any apology and didn't admit anything was awry; it was appalling. Its likely that every customer who purchased this item ended up having to return it.
I previously ordered some items from them and they either arrived very late or one of the items turned out to not be available after all (even though it was in-stock when I purchased it).
This is a bizarre company that doesn't deserve to survive in my opinion.
Stay away from this site. I purchased a phone case from them. Their site says the phone is shipped from Spain and the photo of it looks beautiful. I received my package from Russia, and the phone case feels like it's made from some kind of fiber board. Looks so cheap, like the image was xeroxed onto paper and then laminated onto the case. I could crack it in two with my hands if I wanted.
They refused to refund me even though they are engaging in false advertisement, so I had to dispute the transaction with my bank to get my money back.

This site does not deserve the one star. Had to rate it to review it. My name, photo, and password are being used illegally. I have nothing to do with this site and knew nothing about it until I searched my own name as used on facebook along with fb photo. They used my Twitter account password. There is nowhere on the site to register a complaint.
Same as many. Ordered item and was told it takes up to 7 business days for it to process. My fault for not being detailed enough but now it's been over 7 business days without any responses to emails. Love the site but they're douchebags of eCommerce.

I can't remember where I heard of fancy.com but when I went on the site I saw they had a sort of "mystery box" thing (fancy box) where you get a package every month with some cool stuff in it. I tried it out and I like it, been getting it for about 3 months now. It's good for having some items that you can use as gifts since you get a few things in it each month. Last month I got a flatiron! I'm keeping that though.
Do not shop at this site! I returned an item for refund on 12/9/13; they acknowledged receipt on 12/11/13 and said refund would take 2 weeks. Month goes by; emailed them 2 times and no reply. Called my credit card company and received a credit from them. I deactivated my Fancy account. Then 2 days later received email from Fancy and they sent me a $20 gift card, but can't use because account is deactivated. I used live chat and they assured me that customer service would get back to me the next day... they did not. I FEEL FANCY.COM IS A SCAM. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
FANCYEVER has no morals. THEY ATE UP MY MONEY. I ordered they took my money and then turned back said the item was no longer existed and suggested me to get something else. I said no please return my money. They kept asking me to select something else and I also said no. They then said it will take 15 - 20 days to refund me however, they never did. I kept email and asked for an update then they never answered anymore since.
I suggest NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FANCYEVER. IF I KNEW IT'S FROM CHINA I WOULD NOT HAVE TO BOTHER. THEY ARE TRULY CHEATERS!
Fancy.com is essentially a poorly run and poorly organised market place. Brands pay a cash sum to have their products marketed to a discerning target market. What you get is essentially zero, and thus brands get no sales in return. This like the tech version of The Wolf of Wall Steet. Joe Einhorn and Jack Dorsey - you should be ashamed of yourselves!
Purchased two items for xmas - one broke immediately and the return policy is frustrating, you can't call them, you email and days go by before the respond then only offer a credit to their website. The other item I purchased and wrote on the order that if it wasn't going to arrive by xmas then I didn't want the item. It arrived on Jan 6th. NEVER AGAIN...
Please dont buy in this site.
Buyed 2 posters from Fower design, never got shipping number and never got the posters and not even an answer when contacting them.
Also bought a pair of earrings from Otis and also never got a tracking number and just an apology saying that they got lost or something.
No refund, no nothing from both sellers.

This site DEFRAUDED me out of $75. I ordered an item in March, over two months ago. I contacted their customer service in early May, and their own customer service team was unable to look up my order. They asked me to wait a few days while they contacted the supplier. Two weeks later, and three more emails, and I NEVER HEARD a thing.
Fancy sold us on being a platform that our small business would succeed on. After paying them A LOT of money for special features and to be included in e-mails, we had not ONE SINGLE sale from them. Small businesses BEWARE.
Stay in UAE order a smart ring and i got a normal ring and the BEONE courier services are working together with the screamers don, t trust anything from them never pay any thing online and if its cash no delivery look at the goods fast. If the don, t want tell them to send it back dont pay anything for resend
Ordered on fancy never got my item and within a week the credit number I used was stolen and 56 fraudulent charges were made. I don't use this card often so has to be the fancy site.
We were approached by Fancy and they wanted us to buy an advertising package. We're a small business with a limited advertising budget and as always we're looking for a company who will produce positive ROI. I did my research into Fancy and stumbled across these reviews. I showed them to the Fancy account manager and they offered to provide us a "free trial" to prove to us that they could sell our product.
After spending about eight hours loading all of our products into Fancy's system, we were assigned a date where our brand would be 'featured' on their platform. As that date came and went, we received ZERO sales. I thought maybe something was wrong? I reached out to Fancy and never received a reply, I guess we in fact did receive ZERO sales.
Don't waste your time. The site is a joke, they never fulfill their promises, and you get passed along from person to person within their company and nobody seems to have answers. While we didn't waste $2k on a marketing package like other companies, I would imagine that we probably would have ended up with $0.00 in sales like everybody else states.
