Fancy sells quirky things that you can't find anywhere else. Some of the stuff is kind of a ripoff, like the $699 refrigerator scooter. But then again the $14 nail holder seems vaguely reasonable. As more and more unique items are made and sold online, you'll probably be able to buy and sell them on Fancy.

I ordered a Fancy box from them last month and was surprised that it still arrived (internationally) within a few weeks of my order date. The stuff inside is great, exactly what I needed for my apartment but cuter than I'd have bought for myself. Overall, a great way to splurge on yourself or as a gift for someone else.

I had such high hopes for you fancy. Im always low on cash, so I tried to purchase a little gift card through email for my mate to celebrate our anniversary. My account was deducted automatically and my mate never received it. I email all the support emails and never got a response or even a simple hey we are reviewing your issue etc. Smh. So at this point all I can do is dispute this with my credit card company. Ive purchased from Fancy before and had a great experience, but I guess now no one is minding the store. BUYER BEWARE!

Awesome Experience!

I worked with the Fancy team on launching my beauty & cosmetics and found them to be a delight to work with. They took me through the process to be considered for a feature in their feed and were impressed enough to extend an offer to me to participate in their pop-up with rap star, Future! When working with Amazon, I was never afforded an opportunity like that! Thank you Fancy!

I have been waiting for a response from Fancy for three December sales not paid for that were never credited to my linked bank account. I have e-mailed and left two voice messages and not gotten a response. They promise a 24 hour response time. It has been well over a week. It is now January 18th. The money was supposed to be transferred into my account in 2-3 business days.

I ordered a dress expecting it to be terrible quality, when I received it I was actually so surprised about how nice the quality actually was. I have since ordered a few more items so i'm hoping that I have the same luck with them also. The only thing is that the shipping was quite slow, but that is to be expected when it is coming from overseas I have found in recent years. In saying that though, I did still get my item within 2 weeks from what I can recall.

We have a Fancy store its called Smithers of Stamford

Weve been on the platform for 3 years now and sell our products almost everyday. Weve had nothing but good sales from the first few months we started

It does take a good few months to build up your followers on Fancy but you got to put the work in and it dont happen over night.

You got to have Cool products with good photos!

We have over 200,000 followers now and make money and get great brand exposure worldwide. My brand has nothing but respect for the Fancy team, its done wonders for Smithers

Took 3 weeks for item to finally ship. Customer service team just say "We said it could take up to 2 weeks to ship". Estimated delivery when I ordered was at the latest 20th Dec. It has now been sent out on the 17th. Definitely won't arrive in time as international.

This company just resells other companies' items but has no idea whats going on at all.

AVOID.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a product that had obviously been previously returned and put back into inventory. The packaging was cut open and then strapped together with clear packing tape. As the item was a gift I had no choice but try to remove the sloppy patched together packaging and it was then that I discovered the clothing item had large gaping holes in it. Clearly they knew this as they packaged it up for resale themselves. I contacted the company and have not heard a reply. I have to conclude they purposely sent me, quite literally, their trash. Totally unprofessional and deceitful.

Fancy is a scam site

NEVER deal with thefancy.com
Three days before a Christmas gift order, I received an email that my order had been cancelled. They were very quick to take my money and the kicker is, 'I might receive a refund'
Might? This site is a scam artists dream come true. They show interesting merchandise, often a bit expensive and lie to you about estimated arrival time. All the while keeping your money and continuing to act like they are a business.
This company embodies the phrase 'buyer beware'.

Stay far away from this Chinese business. Ordered 2 size 8 Minion sweatshirts. Waited 6 weeks so Christmas was missed. Material is as thin as a t-shirt, not at all sweatshirt material Size appears to be size 4, nowhere near a size 8. Will never order again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE TOTAL SCAM!

Why should I open an account with you when you charge 20%, and the majority of your reviews are absolutely scandalous?

What is Fancy doing to rectify these problems. I am extremely dedicated to customer service and will not bring my store to Fancy until your fee is reduced to 15%, and your reviews have turned around.

Ripoff!

I ordered a men's watch from them and received a woman's watch. It also came from Amazon and was $30 more than Amazon. They never answer their phones until you have your credit card company intervene. I called Amazon and they told me that it was purchased for me as a gift from some guy. I ended up buying from Amazon and letting my card company dispute the problem.

They do not answer anythng that is a problem. Take your money and then send anything but what you ordered. If you get your money back it may be months before you receive. Never again!

Huge scam
January 7, 2017

Fancy is a huge scam. I stupidly signed up for a marketing package only to make about 5 sales. The account manager assigned to me didn't even know how to assist with inventory uploading issues and was barely responsive.

Oh and they're overcharging on shipping costs so buyers beware. Shops don't have the option to adjust this. I informed my rep and responded dismissively. So they're aware but they just don't care.

They don't care about their vendors and they don't care about their customers.

Don't waste your time and don't waste your money.

First and LAST time ever placing an order on Fancy.com or with any of their vendors. Ordered two different items from two different sellers through Fancy.com on 12/20, was charged for both items immediately, yet here I am on 01/05/15 with no items, no replies to multiple emails that I sent to their customer service department and two charges on my account for items that I have neither been shipped nor received.

Or have they been shipped? I wouldnt know because customer service totally ignores my requests for information. They offer no other means to contact them aside from email and they completely blow you off/dont answer them. I shop online a lot, worst effing customer service Ive dealt w/in a long time and Im currently 100 bux in the hole for merchandise I have yet to see.

On Jan. 28, 2018, got sucked into the Facebook advertising vortex, took the bait, and ordered a pair of shoes. On APRIL 1, 2019, got a 'tracking' number. Clicked on it, 'no parcel recognized.' They got my $37.99. Dang it.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I contacted customer service to cancel an accidentally placed order and was told they will get back to me in 24 hours. That did not happen, my request was completely ignored. I contacted them again the next day and only got half of the order cancelled. I emailed them back to tell them that the address on the order is completely wrong and they need to cancel the entire order right away. But again their customer service did not get back to me after 24 hours and they shipped half the order to a non-existent address.

The request to cancel was made immediately after the order. And after contacting support multiple times, they some how still ended up shipping the order to a non-existent address. Would not shop with them again.
