FED UP with Fancy!
Poor sales volume via the Fancy platform spanning years and they do nothing to help. All they do is hard sell "marketing packages" WITH EXORBIDENT price tags. They push push push this on you via email way too regularly to brands like us. We took part once and NEVER again. You never make your money back. The staff come and go, any rep I've had just disappears and leaves the company within months, the company is poorly run and overpromises on everything. BRANDS DON'T BOTHER.
They sell FAKE products with no refund! I bought a Willow tree and it was fake and they blocked me from emailing them and will not give a refund
Fancy is AWFUL. I ordered a gift for my boyfriend and the tracking number said that my package was delivered. It wasn't. I attempted to contact Fancy, and they responded at first, saying that they would try and check about my package. After a few days had gone by and I hadn't heard anything, I emailed again. No response. A few days later, I emailed again. No response. I attempted to call customer service around five times but no one ever answered my call or returned my messages. So, the FOURTH time I emailed (a very angry email, might I add), I got a response back telling me that the merchant that I ordered from is sold out of my item and can not send me a replacement. Then, instead of refunding me, they only credited me with a Fancy.com giftcard. In addition, the whole time I was in contact with FedEx, and they could not find my package either and kept telling me that it was delivered. When I called my credit card company, they could not cancel my charge because of the giftcard that I was credited. I am beyond enraged with my experience! Worst experience that I have ever had ordering online. I wish that I had researched the company before I placed my order.
Don't buy from this company. Looks like Girlladies and I am still in dispute over clothing at a value of £161.89!
SCAM. Here's why:
First of all no one has ever heard of them (Had you heard of them prior to them reaching out to you for your money? Have your friends ever heard of them?)
The owner is probably a trust fund baby who was able to hire some developers, throw a cool pop-up event, invite celebrities and use that as leverage to look real.
They send you a whole presentation with screenshots of Will Smith and Drake saying they love fancy, but the Tweets are not real.
Think about it... if you own a platform, especially one that noone has ever heard of, you have the power to create an account say owned by Kim Kardashian and add the verified check mark and chances are none of us will ever have the chance to ask Kim to her face if she actually made that account on Fancy or if Fancy went ahead and made a fake one for her.
ANYWAY They promise you all this exposure but guess who are the only people getting exposure to their brand? Other people who were suckered in to Fancy only to find that everyone on there is trying to sell and end up getting advertised to eachother.
They will promise to drive sales, make you a webpage. Give you an account manager. But the minute you hand over your credit card everyone goes silent and no longer treats you like a priority.
I was able to put a block on my credit card and told Fancy I did not want to do business with them, and they continued to charge my card every month and asked me why I placed the block... Um have you read your emails? None of you replied to me, helped me, or explained everything to me and I told you I would be placing the block. Nonetheless they kept attempting to charge my card which would just get blocked anyway by my bank.
This is just a bunch of fake $#*!s stealing your money and making Fancy seem way bigger than it really is. Fancy is a lie noone uses that $#*! or buys from it
Customer service is a joke and done via facebook communicator! I ordered my item on 1/27 and it's 2/10 and it hasn't even shipped!
I ordered from Fancy.com on the 20th of September, they took my money right away.
On the 25th of September i emailed Fancy.com to query the status of the order as it hadn't changed for 5 days. I received an email back from customer service the same day saying "everything is functioning normally... please be aware that they take up to two weeks to ship, as indicated on the product page". My fault for not checking the details.
I contacted Fancy.com again on the 15th of October again because the order status still hadn't changed. Two days later I got a response saying "there was a backorder for this item due to a manufacturing issue, but it is currently being resolved... you should receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing a FedEx tracking number"
That was 9 days ago and the order status has still not changed and no email with a tracking number. Looks like they take your money without having the item in stock.
They did gave me a $10 voucher for the shipping delay, which is still not resolved. But I don't see how giving me $10 to buy something else that wont ever ship is going to make me feel better.
This is my first experience with Fancy.com and its not a very good one so far.
Charged for an order of Fuel 2 powerbank month and a half ago. No updates. No package shipped. Are they legit? Will never use them again.

I ordered 4 items for christmas gifts on November 30th. 2 just about arrived on time. The third arrived on the 10th of January and the last one, being the most expensive at 105$, has not even been dispatched yet. It has been just over two months now with no news whatsoever. I emailed the customer service and a Lady called Shana said she was looking into it. I doubt I will EVER recieve my gift, not even in time for my mother's birthday, the 25th of March. I am ridiculously frustrated, as i cannot seem to refund or cancel the item. This is bullsh*t. CAUTION: THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT SHOP THERE

I have an online store
I was trying to upload my products to this app for a couple of months and had no success. Then they transferred me to a customer representative and helped me set up the store. They have no clear guidelines of how to upload the products. The customer service ( her name is Shana) told me that I have to upload 4 times to get their approval first before I can upload the products myself. I had no problem the first three times getting approved, but the forth time, she suddenly asked me to send my product to their office for review, so i can get approved for this process. She said I need to pay for the shipping to send the item to them and if I want it back, I need to include the return label.
They didnt tell me about ahead of time and I wasted all my time to upload my products. Then the service representative, Shana told me that she had closed me store since I didnt want to send my product in for review.
To be honest with you, I upload my products to Ebay, Amazon, and many other apps, no company have ever asked me this question. They also have another person emailing me and asked me to spend $2500 on the promotion campaign, at first, when he described, it was pretty interesting. But It seems like if I dont spend $2500 on their promotion campaign, they will not allow me to upload my products. First off, I didnt get many likes or even a sale from this site. And I got a lot of sales from other website, why do i spend so much money on a site I dont know about and still trying to get feedback from the users on their platform. The whole thing was just a completely scam, and I deleted my account at the end.
