Quality products from clothing to man cave decoration. Plenty of teams,schools,colleges,professional sports leagues to choose from. Gifts from infants to seniors. Never had a problem with fanatics.Great deals and sales.Products arrive on time,and have came in great condition! Clothing last. Material doesn't unravel or fade or shrink. I've been a customer for about 15+ years, and will continue to be a loyal customer. I've turned family and friends on to fanatics.👍
Christmas order was promised on December 22. Received several emails about delays with no mention of dates. Last email received on December 21 apologizing profusely for their customer inconvenience. They stated that they expect item will ship no later than January 5,2024. Poor business model. Not honest with customers since these delays are the rule, not the exception. Don't do business with them. Google has over 5,000 reviews for them and 83% are 1 star.
Since posting the original review stating that I was unable to contact Fanatics concerning my issue, I saw another review where another customer service e-mail was posted. By using that e-mail, I got immediate and thorough response! Not sure how that other person got that e-mail address, but I could not find it anywhere, which is still unacceptable (the valid e-mail was different than the bogus e-mail on my packing slip). So, I was given a postage paid mailing label to return the rug. I was sent a replacement rug quickly. The replacement rug was exactly the same as the first! I am just going to keep it. Most importantly, I got a credit to my PayPal account for the cost of the rug and was not charged for the second one.

Be aware that item shown on website might differ from what you actually get. Generally, I don't think this would be an issue with most of the items sold.

I ordered a small personalized rug. What I got did not look like the picture of the item shown on fanatics website. I sent an e-mail, including pictures, to the customer service address on my packing slip (*******@fanatics.com). My e-mail was returned as "Undeliverable" twice. I also filled out the "Inquiry" form on fanatics corporate website and have had no response so far. I can't find any customer support phone number to call. Fanatics did not fairly represent the item I purchased and their customer service really sucks.

I am sure there a many good items on this website, but I did not have a good experience and don't expect customer service of any kind if you have an issue.

Most items I have received have been very good, a few have been less then stellar, a couple t-shirts I purchase Fanatics brand I might add, after one wear and wash, the collar was coming off and the other one the right side sleeve was coming undone. Cheap material, crappy craftmanship from whatever Third world country they are made but damn have quality control over products with your name on it, sell better items, be better on many levels
Because you are damn near a monopoly among sporting good items, choice is limited, congratulations you win mostly by default. Majority of products are fine but there are more then a few that are Dollar General quality! Mostly hits, but like Javy Baez, when you swing and miss it is by a mile!
I returned a watch as it was too small for my wrist. I paid a total of $72.85, and was refunded $35.02. What a damn racket. I would recommend staying away from this company.
*Update: 3/4/2020 Misunderstanding on my part. I was refunded the $9.99, given a $35.02 gift card, and was refunded $22.85 to my card, so it was made right. Thanks

I love fanatics, their prices are reasonable, great customer service, quality products and easy to place orders, however - I had a very bad experience when I ordered a personalized jersey for my boyfriend's birthday - Fanatics used UPS solutions - they work with the US Postal Serv. And not once but TWICE they lost my order, after it got lost the first time I asked Fanatics to use a different shipper (I even offer to pay more for shipping) and I was told that was not an option so I took a chance and order it again and AGAIN it got lost. Other than that I love Fanatics
Though the person was very nice when I asked for the lost item to be replaced, I asked them to use a different shipper and they said they couldn't do that and as I expected the item was lost again
They have the best selection of sports fans products.

I received the wrong shirt on my order. I purchased a Stephen Curry shirt for my son. (His favorite basketball player). I received a Buffalo Bills mens shirt! So, I called in and spoke with Spencer. He was very fast, charming, and took care of everything for me! I understand sometimes stuff like this happens, and wrong merchandise gets sent. I appreciate how the situation was corrected and how fast! Just in time for Christmas! Thanks Spencer! The shirts I ordered were fine. Worth the sale price. But the false advertisement of free shipping with ShopRunner which says if you sign up, which I did, then it's free shipping. BUT Fanatics still charged me $14.99 for 2 day shipping. I called and they would not refund the shipping because they said the shirts were on sale so therefore I can't have free shipping. That is absolutely garbage! And I will never buy from Fanatics again for that false advertisement. Recommend you use Amazon or Walmart to get these same products. Fanatics sells items with those other websites.

I really do enjoy the site for sports betting and the gear we order from their store is great. I get a little upset with there promotion emails. Those emails can be misleading and not stated that most them are for new customers only. They are still behind DraftKings and FanDuel when it comes to that.
Had a jersey ordered that was too big which they were happy to take back and let me reorder the right size. For the most part was very easy.
The other one made me upset because they sent a email out about bet $50 and get $250 in bonus bets. No where in the email did it only say for new customers. I made the bet and got nothing. Thought that was very rude since they didn’t state it was only for new customers

My only complaint is that the items I really wanted were always out of stock, even after months. So I had to settle on a secondary choice. Just wish I could shape the brim or visor better.

I have done quite a bit of business with fanatics and never had any issues.on august 25 I ordered a jersey.got confirmation etc was to arrive today sept 6.today I get email that it shipped and will arrive sept 14.not happy when i get 1 confirmation and then a totally different 1.does it all of the sudden take 22 days to recieve it?

I enjoy fanatics. They have good products and sales. I only wish that they had free returns/exchanges. It's not always easy to know what size you might need and having to pay to return or exchange is frustrating.

The products are great. The fact that you have to pay shipping and handling these days is not. Also, for returns, the fact that they subtract shipping cost from your return is crazy. Other than that, Fanatics is a great site to shop for all sports related items.

Jersey was a gift. Loved the color of the jersey but it ran small for a medium size. Purchase process was easy and delivered quickly.

I have been shopping with Fanatics for a while now. Never had any problems with my orders and i like that I can use FanCash. I would say I don't like how quickly it expires. It shouldn't have an expiration date. If I spend over $100+ chances are Im not ordering anything right away again. Id be even more tempted to comeback if that FanCash never expired.
Well they kind of have a monopoly on everything so don't have much of an option on certain things. Unless I go to Packers pro shop or a local clothing place.

The product arrived in short order, material was excellent quality, the appearance was great, and the Michael Jordan logo was accurate (I'd thought it was in error- but apparently Michigan football is sponsored by Jordan.). David in Fanatics customer support was very responsive, informative, and helpful. I'd have given this review 5 stars, but it required posting a negative review to reach a human in customer service, which I'd love to see fixed.

Great item, fair price and promotion and shipping was timely even during the holiday season.
I was able to use the Fancash so for those who shop like at nascar.com and I believe some other sport sites don't forget anything you bought there (as long as you made an account) will link over to use at fanatics site also.
I'm not too keen on this "handling fee" they charge.
Do your homework, buy during special promotions and 'you can get a fair price.

I love the products and the prices are reasonable, the problem is with the processing time and shipping, it is very slow compared to other online retailers. When you order something, you want it within a couple of days not a week + later. And you definitely don't want to pay double for "overnight "shipping

I peruse Fanatics and have purchased several items from my favorite sports teams. I have to stay on the site continually to monitor for when the items I want are availalable at a discounted rate. Personally I think miost of the items are over prices. If they are reduced 25% the shipping, handling fee(1.99 which is ridiculous, and tax cause the savings to be minimal. Example a 44$ item discounted to 33 dollars still costs around 44 after shipping, tax and a handling fee. Why is there a handling fee. I makes no sense so I chatted online with someone and they said it is Standard Operating Procedure.
I am able to get a few items that I like but I think the costs keep climbing and the discounts keep getting smaller. On a few occassions Fanatics will make the price down $44 to $33 but will give me a $10 fan cash to spend in a very short time frame so I can actually get the $44 item for about 32 with the 10 in fancash. I contacted customer service about the handling fee of 1.99 on each order I think it is ridiculous and the customer service person told me it was standard operating procedure. Shaking my Head.

It was easy to order two shirts, it took a week to get the first one and 10 days to get the second on in. The timeframe on delivery is what lost this transaction a star, from a company this large and being charged $8 for shipping and another $2 for handling, I expect better on delivery especially for the lack of weight in the shipment.
The quality of the clothing has been exceptional from Fanatics as well as the shipment of items, this order I was disappointed as I needed the shirts for signing day, a week in advance should be enough time.
