Rebuild kit I needed was in stock. For what these parts are, rubber & plastic, I think the pricing was a little on the high side, but shipping was included in the price which is a big plus. I got the parts quickly, shipped on Monday and had the parts on Tuesday before 11:00 AM.

I contacted Customer service to see when my order would ship. Not sure if my request prompted the shipment going out sooner or if it was going out at that time anyway. Arrival of the rebuild kit the next day was timed perfectly with the motor delivery I got from another source.

Reason I chose this business:

Aqua Science provided the part numbers for each item in the rebuild kit, so I was confident they were going to fit. Other sellers were not as clear about what the kit included.

Since posting the original review stating that I was unable to contact Fanatics concerning my issue, I saw another review where another customer service e-mail was posted. By using that e-mail, I got immediate and thorough response! Not sure how that other person got that e-mail address, but I could not find it anywhere, which is still unacceptable (the valid e-mail was different than the bogus e-mail on my packing slip). So, I was given a postage paid mailing label to return the rug. I was sent a replacement rug quickly. The replacement rug was exactly the same as the first! I am just going to keep it. Most importantly, I got a credit to my PayPal account for the cost of the rug and was not charged for the second one.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware that item shown on website might differ from what you actually get. Generally, I don't think this would be an issue with most of the items sold.

Item received does not look like the picture on fanatics website

I ordered a small personalized rug. What I got did not look like the picture of the item shown on fanatics website. I sent an e-mail, including pictures, to the customer service address on my packing slip (*******@fanatics.com). My e-mail was returned as "Undeliverable" twice. I also filled out the "Inquiry" form on fanatics corporate website and have had no response so far. I can't find any customer support phone number to call. Fanatics did not fairly represent the item I purchased and their customer service really sucks.

Tip for consumers:
I am sure there a many good items on this website, but I did not have a good experience and don't expect customer service of any kind if you have an issue.

Products used:
Still hoping to get the product I thought I ordered from the picture on their website or a full refund.
