Quality products from clothing to man cave decoration. Plenty of teams,schools,colleges,professional sports leagues to choose from. Gifts from infants to seniors. Never had a problem with fanatics.Great deals and sales.Products arrive on time,and have came in great condition! Clothing last. Material doesn't unravel or fade or shrink. I've been a customer for about 15+ years, and will continue to be a loyal customer. I've turned family and friends on to fanatics.👍
Christmas order was promised on December 22. Received several emails about delays with no mention of dates. Last email received on December 21 apologizing profusely for their customer inconvenience. They stated that they expect item will ship no later than January 5,2024. Poor business model. Not honest with customers since these delays are the rule, not the exception. Don't do business with them. Google has over 5,000 reviews for them and 83% are 1 star.
I ordered the Gold riser helmet display case. The color was not as depicted and when I called customer service, I was assured I would get confirmation of a replacement in 48 hours. However, no reply came. I tried to call back a few other times with not much mor success.
The worst experience came when the customer service agent continued telling me "don't worry" when I explained my frustration with the process. He assured me a supervisor would be reaching out in a few minutes. Which never happened.
I decided to call back and finally got a helpful agent on the phone. Ariel took the time to find any solution to make sure that my issue was resolved. She created a ticket for the memorabilia team to respond, something no one else did for me.
Lilly from the memorabilia team reached out and although my item had been more than 30 days since receipt, she made sure I was taken care of because she saw that I had been making attempts to fix the issue for over a month.
While I would say a majority of the customer service people here have never been very helpful, Ariel and Lilly were incredible and very helpful.
I do wish there was an easier way to find the phone number to call customer service, as the chat never directs me to what I need, and the voice recorder assistant is terrible.

I ordered a Penn State jersey customized for Drew Aller. It took three weeks to get and I found that this very expensive jersey was of sub-par quality and the name and numbers were iron on and very small. I reached out to Fanatics and informed them of my dissatisfaction so they offered a free refund and a return shipment for free.

I would agree with most of the reviews mentioned here but I feel the CSRs are doing the best they can. If I look at this business from a Mobile telephone company point of view it has to be inadequate systems that the CSRs are working with. I can't imagine that it can be this bad in 2023. Regardless, I would like to signal out RUTH & ALEJANDRA. The somehow cut through the system to correct the issue. It only took 2 weeks after receiving Mahomes & Hurts Merch when I ordered Mahomes & McCaffery Merch. KO

Love Fanatics! As we all know….there is always a "But". I love Fanatics….but when it comes to fancash and free shipping….its really redundant. Wanting to buy something because you have a "reward" of a $10 fancash, the you go to checkout and use the fancash, it is useless because the shipping and tax ends up more than what it originally costs. If Fanatics could do better promotions when rewarding there Fanatic Fans with FanCash, it would be a totally different experience….a better one at that!

I have bought several items and several times
I have hands down never received worse customer service. I have made multiple purchases from Fanatics and their smaller sites, like shop49ers. This last order I placed on 5/1/20.2 weeks later the shipping status still showed "shipped" but had no ETA. I called FedEx, and they stated a label had been created, but that the package had never been sent/picked up. I called the customer service line and spoke to a rep who obviously felt she had better places to be. She was rude, completely unapologetic, and not at all helpful. She never once expressed she was sorry about me paying for shipping to get a product that was never shipped. She never once tried to give a reasonable explanation as to what happened. She simply said the item was no longer available. I was literally speechless and shocked. When I expressed she could credit me back and that this interaction has encouraged that I go elsewhere with my business she said "k" and hung up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager, someone answered, left me with silence for about 5 minutes, and when I didnt go anywhere, they hung up on me again. I have never been more shocked and turned off to a company before.
*update, after speaking to there online support chat, I was given an apology for the experience and given a discount code. Was also told they would escalate my complaint. Due to this, I am increasing my review.

Prior Past Experience and Purchased was Great!
Some of the cards were extremely off-centered. Probably not your fault but it caused me a little grief and I had to pay to ship the cards back to Topps. I sent the cards to Topps and they sent me new ones. So the shipping of this cost me money.

I recently purchased an Auburn shirt from fanatics and was really impressed with it. My new favorite Auburn shirt. Really good print, good quality shirt. So I figured I'd order a couple more shirts. The second shirt was a Russell brand shirt and was pretty thin compared to the first shirt I bought. But that wasn't really the issue. The issue with the shirt is someone cut the bottom hem. They sewed the bottom hem, but then for some reason cut it all the way around the bottom of the shirt. There's also a 9.99 fee deducted from your refund on returns, so I just said screw it I'll keep it. I also bought a long sleeve "T-shirt" from them, but when I received it, it was a crop top, not a T-shirt. The website said T-shirt, not crop top. I will not be buying anymore clothes from this site.
Update: After leaving my review I was contacted by fanatics regarding my issues within minutes. They were able to come up with a wonderful solution that I was not expecting. I am VERY impressed with their customer service. I will definitely continue to shop with them.
Update 9/13/2023: I decided to make another purchase since I did get one awesome shirt from them out of the 3 I ordered and they were able to provide me with such good customer service. This will be the last time I purchase from Fanatics. The most recent shirt I purchased is a small, but fits like a large. It's HUGE. And it is a women's shirt. The tag on the shirt said made in Pakistan, so I don't know if that's why the size of the shirt is so off or what. But due to their return policy, I just can't keep wasting my money on clothes that are either mislabeled on the website, wrong sizing, or just plain defective. I will give them 3 stars just because they do give really good customer service. Just know, their clothes are hit or miss.

Did not receive 1st order. Tried again. 2nd order did not receive. The customer service was good but did not receive package. I did get a refund but rather would received the order as it was a gift to my son.

I was stressed on delivery timeframe due to my brother's memorial but it showed up right on time. However it came with the Dallas Cowboys Star off center, what could I do this late in the game, so I wore it. And then I read the reviews. I have to wear it, and once I do I'm sure it can't be returned.

Ordered a Tom Brady jersey for the boyfriend and he's been a hunt for it for months for his size. I thought what a great birthday gift if I could find it. I've been looking at EVERY website possible and I was out of luck. Even with fantatics. Till one day I looked again and BAM! ONE LEFT. So I jumped on it. 30% off and next day shipping. I got a steal. Note.many BF's birthday was the week after. It's been 4 days and still my order was in PROCESSING MODE. Thats when I started to worry and contacted customer service not once but 3 times. First time guy said my order was shipping that night. Next day I checked same thing. So contacted them again... And same response. So next day I saw it was the same status and at this point I was furious. So I contacted them again and sorry to say but lost it. When finally someone gave me a straight forward answer and not beating around the bushes. I don't mind waiting for it as it is the holidays and delays are expected. But don't be putting my hopes up just to be disappointed. Tell me straight up. So let's say I didn't get it on time this could of been a Christmas gift and I could of bought something else in the mean time. It came a day before his birthday. When came I had to inspect it as there were a lot of comments says fraud. So I had to be sure. Everything seems to be legit and proper. My only down fall was the numbers had some red stain on them which I did not like. Thankfully I was able to get it off. I just would of appreciated if I'm paying that price that I would be getting something that's perfect. If the stain didn't come off I would of definitely done a return.

I ordered a custom Jersey on January 13th. The estimated shipping date was February 28th, and receiving date should have been March 9th. I got no communications about a delay or issue. It is now March 21st, and after my third call to the company, I am finally informed that the custom jersey I ordered is out of stock and won't be back in stock until May 3rd. How can a custom item be out of stock for four months? They were indeed able to take my payment, though... Now it's too late to acquire the retirement gift for my professor, and all they can say is, "We'll refund the money we took two and a half months ago in the next 7-10 days."
Update - the service team reached out and rectified the issues after this review was published.
