Our order of 12 black aluminum patio tables with dark walnut faux teak and 90 aluminum patio chairs has proven to be a wise investment. After several months of regular use, the furniture continues to retain its durability. Our guests have praised the design, and we've found the chairs to be exceptionally comfortable. We asked for logo'd parchment paper for our tasting room charcuterie plates and we love the ones we got!
We purchased plates from their site, however the picture of the back of the plate had a different number than the plates that arrived.The picture on their site clearly showed the number. I was told that if it is the same color and size it is the same plate as I received. The number is the same as plates I currently have but look nothing like the ones I got. In order to return them, I am charged a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping. No compromise.Very poor customer service.

We purchased a new refrigeration unit from Wasserstrom. We opened our store on Jan 27.2014. This is their list of repairs
February 4,2014 – Unit Running Warm. Tech Reset Temperature Controller.
April 23,2014 – Coil Freezing Up. Instructed to Change the Defrost Delay to 45 Minutes. Unit OK
October 29,2014 – Unit Iced Up/Running Warm. Tech Replaced Temperature Controller
December 1,2014 -- Unit Running Warm. Tech Replaced Temperature Controller
April 20,2015 -- Unit Running Warm. Tech Re-Located Temperature Probes. Unit Checked OK. While still on site, tech saw the temperature controller fail.
April 22,2015 – New Temperature controller and probes installed. Unit tested. Checks OK
The unit subsequently quit, again.
The repairs often took over 10 days to complete so we had no cooler in our lobby for extended periods of time.
Their best offer is to refund 1/3 the original price.
Unreliable and unprofessional
When making a purchase, it doesnt tell you if they actually have the things in stock. Literally delaying my purchase. I purchased 3 heating element. After check out and charging my card already, it states that they only have 1 in stock and that it will be shipped first. The other 2 are on back order and will ship at a later date. If I knew that, I would of ordered from somewhere else that actually have it in stock. It took an additional week just to get the parts. Now clients are mad that it wasn't completed quicker. Next time I get items placed on back order, I'll cancel and take my business elsewhere. Would be nice to know ahead of time.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure to check your invoice afterwards. Your item might be in backorder and take a whole extra week+ just to get it, without notice.

Heating Elements for clients Bakery Appliances
This company does not hold stock on most of the items that they offer on their website and they will not notify you until 8 days later that you will NOT be getting what you have ordered for another month. When addressed this with one of their owners, he said if they are transparent like that no one would order from them. So I guess it is better to stall the customers. Extremely rude owner will continuously talk over you. Lastly, their shipping terms require you to be at home when the items get delivered and have the mailman wait until you inspect the package for damages. If so YOU are to file complaint w/the shipper and collect for the damages from the shipper yourself. Basically, once the goods leave RES warehouse they are no longer responsible if the goods get to you or not. Very unethical! STAY AWAY
I hope I can give them a 0 not even one I. I purchase 3 IFS 75 fryers from them they took the money from my account and send me that my order was processed and ready for shipment. 3 days later they called me and said sorry the price goes up by double. Offered me discount of 25.00 if you want to replace it by something else. We are into 6 day and still didn't get my money back.
I spoke with 2 different people regarding orders and shipping during the whole covid19 pandemic. Instead of being stressed, they were personable and gave me GREAT customer service: they were cordial, kind, understanding and friendly. When you buy from a company that has no restocking fees, you pay for returns that the company handles, indirectly, through higher prices. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order, as well as returning an order. Most companies do build it into their initial pricing, but we try to charge it only when it is needed.
