The quality is good and exactly what was ordered. The problem centers on delivery. I ordered this the day after Thanksgiving and told it would take 10-14 working days to ship. It finally showed up Christmas Eve. This was not a postal service issue but a production issue.

Shipping disaster

There was never a shipping number tracking number or anything given. It just arrived on my door step. Thank goodness someone was home to accept it or someone would have taken it. I was given a huge $10 refund but never received it.

Item was lovely and I will buy from you again. Unfortunately the item was transferred to the Post Office for delivery and took 17 days to be delivered. I received the item on Christmas Eve. Yikes!

I ordered two pieces of art in November to give us Christmas gifts. I was assured multiple times that my items would arrive well before Christmas. Today is December 24th and I have just received a message saying that my items will be arriving NEXT WEEK! Very poor customer service. Do not waste your time!

Update: I received one piece of art on December 28th. I've reached out to the company about the second one several times but they have yet to respond. Today is January 1st.

My order was never received. Unable to communicate with any one regarding this. I receive e-mails, but unable to reply to them. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

The overall process was a nightmare. You get the notifications that your product is in certain stages. Then it shows shipped, which doesn't necessarily mean it has shipped. Then FedEx is the courier, so now you get to wonder how they are going to screw it up. The package sat for 2 weeks, then was lost. In the meantime I was in contact with customer service via email as you can't talk to anyone via the phone. I clearly explained that I was concerned that my package had not left FedEx and so forth. I get two emails back that are clearly form letters, then finally get one back that they will look into it, then I get one from the CEO that they have lost it and they are redoing the gift at no additional cost to me. Which is super nice, especially since they lost it. This of course is now 3 weeks after the original shipped notification. Then a week goes by and I get an alert that an artist is reviewing my order. This is a week or so out from Christmas, then 2 days later it shows up randomly. The box looks like someone played soccer with it. Fortunately, when I opened it, it was fine, there was some scuffing on the backside, but since you don't see that part, no real harm.
While it is definitely a unique and custom gift, I am a little leary of using the company again.

I Was disappointed With the shipping time I ordered in November so I could get in time for Christmas and did not receive until after Christmas one of the canvases was printed on the wrong scene that I picked out but I am not sending it back because it took too long to get here
