I ordered a canvas picture on Nov 26th. The website says 7-10 days for delivery. I started e-mailing the company mid-December because the expected delivery date kept moving. They kept guaranteeing I would have this by Christmas. It finally showed up today, December 26th! I'm disappointed they lied to me in e-mails and that it took over twice as long to ship. In reading through other reviews on here, it sounds like this is the norm for their company. Sad.
This place is a scam. Do NOT GIVE them your money like I did. They also have made several other websites that look exactly the same but with a different company name. I ordered a gift honoring my deceased son. These people are the lowest of the low.

I would have gladly given 5 stars had I been able to order something smaller in size. My husband recently retired from the Coast Guard. So, rather than having names printed, I had our duty stations - places we've lived throughout his career. Perfect gift!

Great piece, had issue with shipping, however once inquired about the customer care team and CEO explained what happened and gift still came before Christmas. Was truly a great experience with a little hiccup.

I thought that the reason the price was pretty high was because of the wooden backing, states "ready to hang." Instead I got the print rolled up, which caused wrinkles and now need to try to find a frame for it to fit in, which is not what I wanted at all. I wanted it to be like the photos on the website.
I chose Family Gifts because of the way the print looks on the wall, with the wooden backing, not something I needed to frame. I am very disappointed.

I will never buy anything from this company ever again. I ordered my gift on 11/28 and here we are to 12/20 and still no order. I have sent repeated emails to the customer service asking if my order will arrive by Christmas and all four emails have a dodgy answer. It's simple question. They are not answering the phone when you call customer service so you have to email and the response time is 2 to 4 days. They claim that fed ex lost a bunch of packages to they needed to replace a bunch of packages. BUT they are sill going to use fed ex. Quite possibly the worst company I've ever ordered anything from and now my parents will potentially not have a gift here by Christmas and that make it look like I dropped the ball. The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I have no proof of purchase because I don't have the package. I honestly feel like its scam.

Got it much later then i thought i would, 2 days before christmas, now i have to send it to where its going, because you refused to send to a p. O. box, which i will be doing... plus it was torn on 1 side of package from fed-ex lucky did not hurt the picture though.
It looked nice, something for the whole family to enjoy, especially the grandparents.
When I write reviews they are usually positive. Not this one. I understand that packages arrive late for Christmas sometimes. My issue is not with that. My issue is compelte lack of customer service. I placed 2 orders. I in November and 2 weeks later one in December as a gift for my sister. My sisters shipped. In this time I have sent 8 emails to customer service. I have no order number, no tracking number and the only reaponse I received said they were waiting for a response from the warehouse. I even paid extra for the digital copy which at the moment is the only thing I have. I just want a reaponse, someone tontake ownership and research the order and do what is right by the rules of customer experience. At least refund me if you are not going to fill my order. I will not recommend this to anyone.

I ordered two picture frames for each family with the names on them and they were absolutely gorgeous they came out perfect. My mom absolutely loved it because it had all us kids names on them and she hung it over her bed and it looks wonderful and my boyfriend has his with all his kids on it
Online ordering was easy, the estimated delivery time was well before the date needed, the email I received from the company explaining my order was lost by FedEx and had to be remade and reading a few reviews on how some orders were not received until a month sometimes two months later made me a little worried but my order ended up arriving on the date that was originally given.
I needed a Christmas gift for my father and was running out of ideas. The customized canvas print is what I went with. I liked that I could choose different scenes, colored or black and white, and add as many or as little names as needed which was five and it looks great. My husband also has a difficult time finding gifts for his mother and also ordered one with seven names. My print was black and white and his was in color and both look great, good quality, and very professional. I would recommend Family Gifts Co. To anyone who wants a personalized gift for themselves or others.
I chose this because I could customize it myself. I chose the smaller size print so the person receiving it didn't need a lot of wall space, the black and white colors can match colors and decor in many places, and the canvas is lightweight and easy to hang.
The communication and delivery time was horrible. Being promised 10-14 day time frame and receiving it after 40 days is very unacceptable. This has been the worse customer experience I have ever had.
This was supposed to be a Christmas present. It turned out to be a President's day gift with this horrible delivery time.

Today, I received an unexpected gift in the mail. My Dec 6th ordered canvas! I was not expecting it, since I actually cancelled the order. I am extremely please! The beauty and quality of this item is top notch. I sincerely believe FGC feels horrible with the issues incurred with many of our orders and this was a beautiful gesture to make it right—and my wife loves it. We will definitely order from them again.

I ordered twice. The first time was ok. It took 3 weeks, this for expedited service of course. The second time took 6-8 weeks and a re-order because they claimed their shipper lost it, again for expedited service which is non existent. Be wary of this company. Lots of promises, none kept.
I was informed & given an expected delivery date, which was considerable due to have ordered during holiday season, but then kept on receiving emails stating that the delivery expected day would be extended, which is not acceptable & will make me think twice about ordering again.
I have purchased multiple times & have been very satisfied with product's quality.

Product was great once it was corrected. There was an error on my product and vendor was not willing to correct their error. It was explained to me that they send out confirmation emails but it went to spam. So error was not caught and I had to spend and additional 50% more for the same product. Vendor was also not going to pay for the shipping until I told them I already paid for expedited shipping. Was pretty disappointed in the entire experience but their product was ultimately very nice once it arrived correctly.
