I ordered 4 canvases in nov. Received 3 in a timely manner. 4th one was a large one never came so i called they said they would talk to production felt like they did not believe me. I ordered 2 more early dec. Said i would get in time for xmas. They put a message on their website saying all orders before dec 8th would be 2 day shipping. They stopped taking calls. I received large canvas from nov order on dec 23rd. 2 other two were supposedly shipped dec 21st i got on dec 28th. They were for my husbands boss and coworker. I will not be using this company again.

Your website is not very user friendly on a phone. It wasn't showing my purchase so I kept re-doing it and then I had 3 of the same thing in my cart and there was no way to remove the duplicates.
Ordered it in plenty of time but had delivery issues. I was impressed and satisfied with how they handled it. They were preemptive in sending out email to let me know what happened. And very apologetic. Ended up getting picture day after Christmas which was fine.
Outside of the inability to track my order I got what I paid for and plan to purchase more in the future. The overall product was better then I thought it would be and my wife loved it. I would hope they fix the support issues no one should have to chase their order and you should be reaching out to customers instead of the other way around. All in all I was pleased with my experience thank you.

Got it much later then i thought i would, 2 days before christmas, now i have to send it to where its going, because you refused to send to a p. O. box, which i will be doing... plus it was torn on 1 side of package from fed-ex lucky did not hurt the picture though.
Hopefully the shipping delay was just the pandemic/Christmas

It came out really beautiful! I didn't however see the customization for different backgrounds while setting it up to order. The delivery time was very long and yes I do know it had to be drawn up and customized but it took about a week to find out it was being confirmed. Then another to make it. Then took almost another 2 weeks to get here. Other than the delivery wait it was amazing and highly recommend it for an heartwarming gift!

Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
