Website was good but couldn't find where to add the multi names for my canvas picture. I left notes in "notes to seller" section but this is a very important purchase so I hope they get this correct.

Ordering was easy and my purchase was exactly as I imagined it would be. I purchased it for my wife for her birthday. The only issue I had with ordering is I felt very uneasy with the delivery process. I received an email telling me my purchased had been shipped out on 12/01/2020. I watched the FedEx tracking for several days and sent a message to the company on 12/9/2020. I received an automated response which sent me the same FedEx information I was already following. This message continued to state that the package label had been printed but no packages received by FedEx after 9 days. The automated message directed me to the FAQ of the company website where I must admit I was becoming suspicious of. The FAQ section stated I should wait 10 days for FedEx to update information regarding delivery progress. While I did eventually get my purchase I was very turned off by doing business with them in the future due to the fact that I could not find a telephone number to call a customer service person to get my questions answered. I have to admit I started to feel like this was a scam website after two automated responses consisting of the same message and no phone number to contact someone. I really didn't appreciate the automated responses to my questions. This may work for others, but I like to be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone who can give me real answers to my questions. I am certain there will be purchases like this placed in the future but I will be looking for a company who actually takes a more personal role in my customer service needs. Now I have this automated feedback survey in my email and I have to admit I am not certain why I am filling it out as I have to believe there is not really anyone at the company reading it.

Did not receive in time for Christmas. Even though I ordered the product in November. I had ordered another gift for my other daughter on the day before. That one came no problem on December 16When I called two weeks before Christmas to say I had not received it yet I received an email a few days later saying it had shipped on Monday 20th of December. That gave me enough time toReceive for Christmas so I did not buy a replacement present for my daughter and her husband. Then on Christmas Yves December 24 I got another email that they were shipping it then. Too late to go out and buy a present For them to have something to open up at our family gathering from me. I am not happy.
Shopping on website was easy. Price affordable. Liked ability to buy extra things for picture. Shipping was terrible but found out it was not just my product but other peoples products that they had bought from other sites that had shipping issues also. It was a Christmas gift for my wife which was supposed to be received by the 15 of December and did not receive it till day after Christmas. Other than that, wife loved the gift and quality was well worth the price I paid for it.
First order was "lost" by the shipper and Family Gifts was able to get a replacement out in just a couple of days. Wife loves the picture and I am very pleased with how the entire experience worked out.

I got the largest size print I was a bit worried about it maybe being to big. But it was a perfect fit behind and above our couch. My wage was exceptionally pleased and as long as she is happy I am happy.

The print is a bluish/ grayish color and looks like a cheap copy. I would have preferred it black and white or even a sepia tone.
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
