I ordered back in November so I would have as a gift for Christmas. However on December 5th I received the wrong canvas. I was disappointed you were not able to expedite the correct canvas so I could have it by Christmas. I have now received my canvas and I love it but I was not impressed with the delivery time.

Ordered on 11/30 promised before Christmas... didnt show up until the Sunday after! Emailed two separate occasions and was assured it would be there in time. After realizing I wasn't going to have them on time I was offered a 10 percent refund but that doesn't change the fact that they are now sitting in my living room and my daughters won't be back anytime soon to get them.

Everything was really good until the shipping of the item. I did choose the 2 day shipping due to it was a Xmas gift and it didn't show up till 5 day later. I would of refunded the shipping on any order that asked for the one or two day shipping and your company known that it was not going to happen. I would of fixed the web page also and take off the express shipping and the two day shipping and left it at regular shipping.

Purchased the product on November 26th with a guarantee of Christmas arrival. Product arrived December 29th. The kids did not all get to see the gift being opened. While the product was amazing, it was disappointing the arrival was not on time.
