Customer service was 5 stars the product was 5 stars, but everything else was below average. Late shipping and missed the mark when you think you ordered on time for Christmas, just to find out that the gift you bought would not make it due to error on the company.
Shipping was horrible. Almost didn't receive it in time, even though I ordered early. But we did get it and it was very pretty. Just as expected.

I got an email that said my purchase shipped, but no tracking number or company used to ship my item. I placed this order well b4 Xmas and it didn't ship until after Xmas. I sent an email asking for tracking and have yet to receive any response. I'm still waiting for my purchase as of 1/1/21.

I ordered 2 pictures for my it childrens Christmas in October I reccieved my order and it was not correct both the pictures had the same names on them, I called to get it corected and when I recieved my corrected order it had the same names on it again. I again called to get it fixed again when the order came it had the same incorect names on it again. I canceled my order and ordered it again but I must have looked at the order wrong because I got the correct names this time but it was on paper. I recieved my replacement on Dec. 23. Now I have to reorder for the 5 time so my daughter will get the Christmas present I wanted her to get in the first place

Not sure they are all value-added but likely useful for some. Overall it is a seamless process that I appreciate for on-line shopping. The gift was very nice and thoughtful but did Not anticipate the emotional impact on the recipient... just like the promos. That in itself was worth the price.
