I requested at least 3 changes to my original order and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout those changes. It delayed the delivery somewhat, but the product was as I requested (multiple word and color changes included).
First of all, when I placed my order, I did, thinking I was helping a small business. I am still waiting for my order from Nov 22nd 2020! I can't get any real response from this company besides a form letter. I will probably never get my order or my money back.

Although arrival of canvas was later than expected, the digital picture you sent added to the fun. I had the family gather around their phone and I text the picture... they were so pleased that it added to the excitement for the arrival. Each family have their canvas displayed with such joy!

It was a bit tough because it was for a birthday gift. It was ordered in early Nov. But due to issues it did not arrive before the birthday. With that said, I just changed it up and he got it at Christmas.

Looks great hanging on our wall. I'm highly satisfied with the quality. My only regret is that it took so long to get it but I understand that during the Christmas rush, things are delayed. It would have been nice had I been furnished a tracking number so that I would have been able to know when it would arrive.

Over all the experience was good. I really like the our picture. If I was to do it again I won't order the frame with the picture, about a 1/2 inch gap around the top and bottom of the picture and frame. I had to nail in the spacers to hold the picture in the frame.
I was a little disappointed that the lettering on the "Brother & Sister" side of the mug, was not dark as pictured in the advertisement. I don't know if it was the end of another job, so the ink was almost out or if it was not inked enough times. I just don't know.
The information I had in my order was printed incorrectly on the actual picture. It was a gift and the receiver was willing to accept it as it was. The date was supposed to be 2019 and it only printed the 20 (as if it was the year 2020)

I ordered the wrong print at first. Even though it was right during Christmas week, they were quick to reimburse me with no issues. I then ordered another print. When the print arrived I was so pleased - it was a much softer color and not glaring like the pic online; I was a little afraid of that but went ahead and ordered the print anyways. It turned out way better than I had imagined. It was beautiful and all the names were correctly printed. The delivery company took good care of the print and it arrived with no damage. I'm a very satisfied buyer!

I ordered 2 items in November they were supposed to be Christmas gifts and was supposed to be here the 2nd week of December and I still have not received them! I reached out to the company that no longer taken calls but dumping you into voicemail! Or send you canned emails! I will never use this company again!
Cheap, felt like material, much smaller than expected, the size they show doesn't match the price they show. It's much more expensive... typical bait and switch. I ordered from them to support small businesses but never again! I have called, texted and emailed for over a week with no response. Buyer beware. FRAUD!
Answer: I got an email on 12/23 saying my order was shipping but on 12/26 customer service said that email was sent in error. I ordered in 11/30 and paid extra for the VIP service. What a waste of money and no Christmas prese t as promised if ordered by 12/8
